I am extremely bummed that I was only able to make the very beginning and a chunk of the end (middle?) around 03:00. I was looking forward to meeting people in the meat.

Thanks for the fun at the SR Meet & Greet all.

It was awesome to actually see the SR Card game, I was rather amazed at them.

Thanks for the cards as well Bull, I look forward to giving them a good home and hopefully able to finish a game (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Next time definately need to get there before 2 am!

It was great to meet everyone face to face, some at the Meet and greet, others in events. I look forward to seeing you all next year.

I had a great time learning an old card game, while putting some names to the faces.

Special thanks to adamu for getting the event registered and going, despite the troubles you faced from the Hotel.
Special thanks to Bull for the cards. Myself and Time will be sure to annihilate each other on Shadowruns in the days to come.
Thanks to all of those who played at the table i was at, whether you are here on Dumpshock or not. I had a wonderful time.

Looking forward to that again next year.

For the short time I was there it was great. I want to thank Adamu for teaching us to play (sorry I didn't have time to finish the game). It was definitely cool. If I'd have realized Bull was giving decks away I would have snagged on. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

After seeing the transformation of Eidolon this year, I'm almost afraid to imagine how dramatic a change he will make for next year.... (I'm expecting either a sex-change or UGE... Of course if its the latter, he'll have to change his handle to 'Spike-Baby')

I forgot to go to this. Plain old forgot. No elaborate reason, no complicated but amusing story, no ninja attack or UFO capture...just plain tiredness to blame. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/frown.gif) I ran into a few DS folks at the vendor's hall, and might've seen a few guys when my buddies and I got in on a Grinder session in Battletech, but that was about it.

Running four sessions really pretty much wrecked this year's Gencon, for me. Not because I didn't have an okay time, not because my players didn't have a good time, not because it in and of itself was unpleasant -- but because it ate two whole days out of a four day (three and a half day, really, Sunday's always weak) convention. This Gencon flew by for me.

Indeed. Thanks for putting this idea forward, Adam! It was great fun, and was nice to teach folks the game, even if I didn't have much of a voice to work with (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

For everyone who was there, thanks for coming! I had a blast, and it was cool to get a chance to really hang out with some fellow fans.

Oh, and AdamU... I think I have a line on those COrp War cards... More when I know more (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Bull - you KNOW I wait with bated breath for any movement at all on that. Let me know of anything I can do to support that mission.

Man, I'm so sorry I missed this. Somehow I got it in my head that it was in the Hyatt and I didn't have anyone's phone numbers on me. Thanks so much for organizing it, Adam.

Critias: next year! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I've been Considering buying up a few boxes of product and running a sealed deck in a fashion similar to MTG at a future GenCon... How much interest would there be?

Had absolutely of making it this year as I Chose MTG Nationals instead two weeks Prior... Damn my multi-flavor Gamer status.

I'm searching for infos about this game, what isn't that easy so its out of print for more than a decade. More so suprisingly to read about a meet and greet that took place in 2008. So, what happened to you people, did you manage to make such a meeting regularly? Maybe once per year?
Are there still some internetsites, where you arrange meetings, maybe in a international way? (Well I'm from Germany, so a short trip to gencon is not possible to me).
