Got some questions. What happens when duly accredited corp representative A from Corp A (ie diplomat) shoots poor dumb worker B of Corp B in Corp B territory?

Depends. First off, have corps A and B signed up to the whole idea of diplomatic immunity? If they have, has presentative A been accredited to Corp B with diplomatic status? If yes to both then they're free.

Diplomatic immunity can be waived by the accuseds country though. Whenever some diplomat is in the position where a normal citizen would be prosecuted, the host government asks the diplomats government to waive their immunity. Most often this doesn't happen and they just get PNG'd. But if it was enough of a scandal then they could withdraw it to try and save face and let their guy get done for it.

But for the Megas, I don't really see the point of intra-corp diplomatic immunity. They can just pick up a phone or use the matrix to get in touch with their opposite number/PR department. Countries would still have it since it's just too useful, and I could see corporate ambassadors to national countries having it.
