And now for something completely different:
Jules a male elf, in good shape although a little pale and skinny as a result of cocaine abuse. His hair is black, his eyes are brown, and he has a small handlebar moustache. He's wearing an old "Jetblack" T-shirt, some blue jeans, and a police-surplus armored jacket. He's got a pair of heavy pistols in holsters, a pair of those dorky polycarbonate glasses you always see people wearing on a firing range, and a pair of those bunny ears you always see obnoxious little anime fans wearing. Betcha didn't see that last one coming. |

Woops, I lost the ring in the color stage (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
All fixed, check it out, maybe better? Oddly, I based the guy off me, bodywise. I don't have the hair though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Just a lame buzz cut ehrn I feel like, so you beat me for cool factor. Weirdly though, I wore that haircut in the picture for a good 5 years when I was younger (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

Mostly a bunch of crazy crap (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Inside the circle, their is a scribble of a woman's silhouett, their are some arrows, fake Asian writing, and their is a biomonitor display with hearts like on an old video game (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

No Prob (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Thanks to everyone for keeping me doodling. Here is: Tsuyoshikensu's Thud I meant to color this, and I also intended to put his helmet in his off hand, but I'm tired and I forgot (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Not to mention I managed to get a shard of glass in my middle finger, right where I rest my drawing tools (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) ...I so totally love it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grinbig.gif) For my old Milwaukee based campaign, I had a segment titled Take the Chipheads Bowling. [edit] lots of catching up to do... No prob, I got to try a lot of things with it, thank you (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Here is : Coldhand Jake's Jake ...most excellent dude. Love the character and the depiction. (being a baroque music aficionado I really love the T-shirt - used to actually say that with the follow up "but then I'd be de-Composing wouldn't I?...) ....nice composition and excellent work at getting both faces to match. I like the new "matrix" effect here and in Jake above. ...ahh back to the basics. Nice touches to the rifle (especially the wrap around the stock) . Judging from his expression, anybody calls him shorty better be ready to back those words up. ...OK I am joining a new campaign that is sort of retro as it takes place before Super Tuesday (& yes it is 3rd ed). For my character, I have dusted off the original Violet who unfortunately had a brief carreer at the hands of a "Kobayshi Maru" type of GM. In her original incarnation she was a decker with yes, a real deck she built by herself. Still Victorian-goth in appearance and still a big fan of the Lemony Snicket stories. Her deck (on par with a souped up Renraku Kraftwerk) is encased in what appears to be a kid's tutoring computer (kind of like a 2050s version of the Leapfrog). Here is the challenge: Violet is very "dark" even though a babe in the literal sense (this Violet is younger, being sixteen years and eight months instead of nearly twenty). She carries herself as an adult, as like her SR4 counterpart, she was denied a real childhood but this time because she was simply so much smarter than the other kids. She fancies herself an inventrix in the mold of her alter ego (see below) and often retreats to her shop to tinker on some strange, yet useful device between runs. In the matrix, her icon takes on the likeness of her confident and resourceful heroine Violet from the Lemony Snickett books. Each of her utilities manifests itself as an odd looking neo-Victorian styled apparatus (think HG Wells.). Take as much time as you need on this one, I don't even mind if other character requests step in front of her. |

KingMaker Woot! Awesome, glad you dig it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Kyoto Thats awesome (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Sometimes I wonder if you shouldn't get into writing as well. ...actually I kind of am. I have tonnes of notes from my Rhapsody in Shadow campaign and realised there is a real story lurking in there. I enjoy writing the fluff part of a campaign as I really want the players to feel there is a real world there. As I have mentioned elsewhere, I have been known to spook a player and even make an entire group of players sweat bullets now & then with a setting description. Part of my college carer was also spent in theatre and I am a big fan of old time radio drama. I actually enjoy listening to sporting events more on the radio because you have to make the effort to visualse the scene the play by play announcer is describing. I basically have synthenesia which is the ability to visualise scenes, colours, etc from musical, verbal, and written sources. This is why once I pick up a book I cannot stop until I am finished with it as I can "see" what is happening as if it were a film. Similar with music I can sense light, darkness and colour and even temperature depending on the harmony, pitch, rhythm, and instrumental textures. I can often "play "back music in my head from simple songs to full symphonic works literally note for note and instrument for instrument (who needs an iPod?). I have written a couple short works back in college (albeit unpublished) the best of which is titled Trans Dimensional Airlines (unfortunately a bit dated today). ...and then there are my character backstories: the Short One's is 110 pages (MS Word) done in narrative style. Leela...well hers is part of the whole RiS cycle mentioned above. |

Honestly, I like your view of him better than mine. Shadowrunners are invariably square-jawed badasses with a perpetual scowl on their face, wheras I've got a wannabe glam-rocker with bunny ears and the sort of moustache you'd expect on a german porno actor. |

Har! Thats awesome (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Thats the problem with interpretting things as an artist, you never really know what other people are imagining. Guess this time it worked out in, at least an interesting way (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) That said, I'm down to only two requests: HeavyMetalYeti's Image that I have put off too long And Kyoto's Violet request If anybody out there is holding off, feel free to post a request (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I get restlessly bored lately if I don't have a project. |

Well if your really up for a challenge I could have 10 more pics for you but that's basically asking for your to draw every one in my PbP game and a group shot. There all here marksman included but if you take this job up then I'll have to get some more feed back from my players. Edit forgot to link to the current descriptions and back stories http://fieldsoffire.wikidot.com/char-list If you want to take this on then wait a bit until i get full descriptions for all of them. |

Heya Squinky, love your work. I'll throw my name in the hat to get a character drawing, if you have time.
Here are some descriptions... Concept: Arcane Treasure Hunter Name: Jason Red Cloud "Glyph Diver" Heritage: Sioux and Hawaiian. Hair: Brown, cropped short Eyes: Brown Physical Features: Toned build. Strong jawline. No tattoos although he has tribal designs on most of his clothing. Notes: He's got the trademark Indiana Jones hat, but he's replaced the whip with a band of throwing knifes and an Ares Predator. He usually wears his smartlinked sunglasses at the excavation sites he frequents in Greece and Egypt. He's a mystic adept who uses detection spells to try and find magical artifacts. He has a cross necklace that is really a power focus. That's about it. Thanks! |

Here is: HeavyMetalYeti's Roadkiller ...I love it. reminds me of the time KK had to drive the rest of the team (none of whom had any vehicular skill...including her), while being pursued by a bunch of go-gangers (sucks sometime to have the highest reaction). A couple of them jumped off their bikes onto the roof and everytime she heard a thunk on top she hit the brakes (with both feet) then the accelerator. When she was shoved in the driver's seat and told to drive her line was something like "I think I remember seeing how daddy did it" (requiring a memory test - thank goddess she had a high intuition). |
