It could be something you have custom designed in game or imported from another.

Like porting Mr. Studd sexual implants from Cyberpunk 2020.

How many MPs of data would it take to store Deus in a human head?

if you are including bioware then the best would be a non-house-ruled mnemonic enhancer $$

If you happen to live in a certain Renraku building, he is your new God as of December 2058. If not, well, I'll leave that little tidbit of information for your GM to reveal as he/she sees fit :vegm:

There needs to be a better way of storing data. GPs of data, not MPs.

DNI is a good one. Some sort of interface for AIs direct into the human mind would be nice.... a way to use your organic brain for storing data instead of seperate storage would be nice.....

*g*

Ok here the way i calculated it:

First all White Banded have at least 150 mp of memory (RA:S Page 83).

In Threats 2 "The Network" the node has the binary number 10110100010101 (thats 11541 in decimal).

Now multiply 11541 with 150 MP and you got at least 1731150 MP.

Et vóila.

That only applies if the numbering system starts from 1, and if the entire numeric block is a single number. For instance, it's entirely possible that that number really means Division 5 (101), Group 5 (101), Node 21 (00010101).

I was GOING to agree with Ancient History (I mean come on, a jack and a deck probably isn't even compatible with the internet of today... this at least is useful on a daily basis.)

But then I thought I'd prefer the giant, chromed cyberarm. Funny, I don't like tattoos or piercings because I'm a strong beleiver in the wholistic value of the body, but I don't think I could resist having a supercool cyberarm with all the neat, built in toys like a wireless laptop connection, a hand toolkit and the internal AK-98.

Why an AK-98 when you could use a shotgun? Makes for interesting table conversation and you can easily wave-kill somebody in a fight!

Actually, there's quite a bit of bioware in C2020 I think is pretty cool, like the distributed heart and that lifesaver nanoweave.

Speaking of cyberware alone...the full body replacement. And the removable bio-pod feature. The "cybertorso" of SR just leaves too much meat, all those original organs in a reinforced shell. Me, I want full borg conversions.

Chipjacks and skillsofts, definitely. To instantly know any language? To have the library of Congress at my fingertips? To have Asia Carrera's 'Lord of the @#$% Rings' in full PolyPOV jacked straight into my skull?!?!? Yeah, that's the baby I'm savin' my Essence for this Christmas...:)

Bebop and Rocksteady were awesome. I had a Rocksteady action figure, with auto punching action. It was cool. In any case, I'd probably get a cyberarm, with a bunch of strength enhancements, so I can crush the skulls of my enemies. I'd probably also get it with some pointy studs on it. Man that would rule. And a cybershotgun. Man that would also rule.
