Shooting corpses is not only fun, but educational.
*character reloads and is still shooting up the corpse while some of the players look on stunned* "What? Hey it could later be possessed by a shedim and we can't take that chance!" An assault rifle in the hand is worth two on the wide burst. People with glass cannons shouldn't fire cannonballs. Civilians are just walking corpses with pitiful loot drops. |

... for grammar? ;i) Seriously, that's a good one from Nirvana, if not before. And I always thought it was TGIF: Trolls Go In First. Nah, it's DGIF, unless the troll really wants to get shot up. A drone that goes in first gets shot up (rigger complains that this is comming out of someone else's pay) and can be repaired or replaced. The troll gets shot up, chopped up for body parts and is then sold to the local Tanamous dealer. Ok..TGIF, unless you actuall like the troll. |

There is no problem so small that it cannot be solved by a kilogram of military grade explosives.

City-wide problems? Problems with the complication that you need them intact? Firstly, no problem too small. A citywide problem is large enough that you'll need to use more explosives or really well placed explosives (like, say, under the mayor's podium during a speech). Secondly, a kilo of military grade explosives makes for a very effective threat/deterrant. |

Secondly, a kilo of military grade explosives makes for a very effective threat/deterrant. If we speak of Seattle it would be better under the governor podium, even than I would say that if we launch Brackhaven in orbit aliens could sue us for terrorism toward them (along enviromental pollution, induced psicological trauma, etc.). And no Ares has shown that big problems require nukes (they botched because the nuke was of the wrong kind wasn't big enough (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ). Seriously speaking PCC had captured one of the Winternight's enchanted nuke, if they can untherstand how they enchanted the thing they could create a nuke that powers a Sloughter Insect Spirits spell, or make anti-astral-entities granades (terribly expensive but if you know you're going against the bugs are well worth the expense). |

In the old days, we used to do D damage.
Friendly fire has the right of way. If at first you don't succeed, spend Edge. ROFB Rolling On The Floor, Bleeding There are no civilians. Only extras. There are no civilians. Only FX waiting to happen. There are no civilians. Only instant stuntmen. Laugh in the face of danger. Except when Danger is the name of the gang leader. I am so sharp, my shoelaces are made of monowire. In hit and run tactics, the operative word is HIT. |

When you pull the pin on Mr Grenade, he is no longer your friend.
A grenade in time saves nine If at first you don't succeed, stab, stab, stab again. If it starts raining blood wear a wet suit. If you don't have a wet suit make one out of your friend. Friends help your move, real friends help you move bodies. What would Chuck Norris do? |

I like the quotes from "the Book of Cataclysm" in Syndicate Wars:
QUOTE ("Book of Cataclysm") To take one life is sin. To take a thousand is religion. The courageous enter dark caves alone. The clever send in the courageous first. The cleverest wait behind the clever. The apprentices asked the Master. "When shall we achieve immortality?" And the Master answered, "Not in this life." Bravery will take you into the most dangerous of places. Overwhelming firepower will see you safely through them. The brave hide behind technology. The stupid hide from it. But the clever have technology, and hide it. A war refugee sought the Master. He said, "You are wise and serene. Teach me to escape the horrors of this world." And the Master blinded him with fire-irons. Follow the more successful thief and steal his ideas. The people stood like corn in the high fields and listened to the Master. As the reaper's blade scythed them all, the Master fell silent. The lesson would be learned by others. In the darkest times, the true believer hones his combat skills. Mark thine enemy, for all that separates the damned from the chosen is a dot of monochrome light, projected onto the back of a neck. All knowledge is stored somewhere. Be it in books, heads or deep under glaciers. And when we find it, we make it ours. Faith is bricks; knowledge is mortar. Poor workers blame their tools. Good workers build better tools. The best workers get their tools to do the work for them. There is pleasure in stealing the souls of machines. Not only will all eyes be on the leaders of men, but all combat sights as well. The Master has no need for money. But still he sits and counts it. As a meditation. A hundred elephants can wreck the outer walls of a fortress. One diseased rat can kill all those inside. Faithful minds are not enough. Deliver unto us brains also. The Master held his palms aloft. "Behold my wounds," said He. The onlookers observed the cauterization and the sunlight that shone through His great hands. "Let there be pain." |

No plan survives contact with the GM.
DEXS is NOT shaving cream. Seatbelts save lives. Especially when Riggers get excited. No good deed goes rewarded. A picture is worth a thousand words. Especially if it is of the exec's family at gunpoint. |

I think that's a little more accurate. |
