I was just wondering if I could have the source code files for this program. I'd like to add more stuff in and change some mistakes like for instance under vehicles, the THundercloud Contrail Has 10 Modifications slots... not just 6. I can take the time to add in small stuff and send back the updated files for everyone to use.

I do a search for the folder that all the data is in so I can do edits and stuff but for some reason its not finding it on my PC. I thought it might be on the web. If its on my PC where would it be?

Sincerely.

Paladin.

QUOTE (dobbersp @ Apr 12 2010, 11:44 AM) *
It should be saving it to "<Install Directory>\Data Files\Custon\Qualities.data".

Perhaps you selected the Qualities.data file in the Data Files directory instead of Custom?
Or maybe your editor didn't refresh the file after it was modified?

It's not. I have no idea where custom qualities go -- I can add them with in the editor, but I can't figure out where the file is being saved. It's not in the Qualities.data file or the custom Qualities.data file. Doing a Ctrl+F in all the other files doesn't show the text that I added, but it still shows up in the editor. I don't know where the program is saving that file.

I do apologise if someone has already brought this point up but I wasn't able to find an OP for this bug and question...

I have found an issue with Mystic Adepts. When you initially select the Mystic Adept advantage it correctly posts the cost as 10 BP. However when you open the drop down for qualities, even if you add nothing from the positive/negative lists, the system increases the spent positive value by 5. If you do add anything from the list the positive value is 5 points higher than what it should be. If you take everything off, it remains at 5 points above what it should be.

and my question... Any plans on adding in something for karma expenditure?

The Improved Reflexes Adept Power magic point costs are wrong

Improved Reflexes I = 1.5
Improved Reflexes II = 2.5
Improved Reflexes III = 4

Hi dobbersp,

I'm looking to put together a little faux-ecommerce web site, think Amazon, that lets you "buy" shadowrun gear. I wouldn't take real money or anything, obviously, if anything the players and GM would sign up and the GM would add money to the player's accounts. From there, you'd just add X and Y to a cart then go to the checkout (at which point the GM will have a chance to OK the purchases).

The problem I've run into is that I can't see an easy way to read the data into the database from a book, but I do notice that you keep your files in a simple, delimited, format. Would you mind if I imported the data from your data files and used them to populate my database? I'll be sure to post a link here, in the community projects forum, if I get anything online.

Cheers,
