Is there any situation in which a Magician's Astral Initiative and/or Astral Initiative Passes can be increased or modified in some way? (Apart from upgrading Intuition.)

What is the highest possible System rating using an AI? Just trying to figure out the highest number of Matrix Condition Monitor boxes possible. |

With Exceptional Attribute, an AI (following the player character AI rules, at least) can get Logic 7, thereby adding +4 to System, for a total of System 10. |
