In 3rd and 2nd edition military grade armor was treated as vehicle armor. Does the same hold true in 4th ed?

Last time i checked, military armor ignores stun damage. As vehicles do so as well i guess it is "hardened"...

No, it just has a decent amount of armor on it. Heavy milspec is 18/16 with helmet.

Military armor encumbrance is BodyX3, instead of bodyx2
Thats' the big difference. |
