Background count of 6! Yeah... Mandala will snipe from outside that!
Mandala will stunball the three by the throne. That may draw attention away from us while defenders are torn between coming to us and defending the throne. Or torn between some reptilian jaws! OK, the Force of the spell will be dropped by 6. Alright, then, a Force 17 Stunball on the three of them. MAG 9 + Spellcasting 3 = 12 dice ==> 3 HITS So DV = 11 + 3 hits Drain = 17/2 + 1 = 9P Drain Resistance = WIL 7 + INT 8 + Centering 9 = 24 dice (take a chance here) ==> 8 HITS Bang on the statistical chance. I'll live with the 1P damage for now. Oh, hell. Seth, do you remember if Mandala has any damage accrued already? I don't recall any and don't want to go searching. I will include it in the spoiler record from now on. If there is I might consider using a point of Edge or Dream to re-roll misses. [ Spoiler ]

Before I make any combat rolls can I check a few things...
the background count will affect my normal adept abilities...ok, guess I'll loose spell resistance (.75) all human form abilities (2.6) improved agility (.75) enhanced perception (.75) all the boost abilities (.75) and 1 point of mystic armour (.5) phew... so, the ED abilities are fine, good, good what about our ED equipment? |
