I don't see the 3 mecha in the first post. They are there now anyway (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) under houserules and then armour/weapon packages |

I see them So, should I be using my mecha? or the Juggernaut? You tell me. Stick with yours if you like...I only put these up as an 'experiment' with the rules and for the foe to have their greedy mits on (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ork.gif) The mecha on the back of the flatbed is the superheavy and Kit is in the Warlock...there are a couple of Juggernauts on the side of the lead APC so you could always take one over by respeccing at a later date... |

sticks with the nexus upgrade really is more of a command mecha, than a super-heavy break the back of the enemy one.

A nuke in downtown Seattle? You bitch (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Aria, are you okay with my travel plan? Go north across the Punget, Then south down the west shore? It was only a small nuke (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ork.gif) You're the boss! I'll try and fathom it and then amend the google maps plan as needed... A list of way points you want to use would be very helpful! |

Well, that depends a bit. Is the Edmons to Kingston bridge still there(or is that a tunnel)?
The prefered way, it's it's possible: 1) Stillwater 2) Edmonds 3) Kingston 4) Bangor Trident Base 5) Brementon National Airport 6) Mayo Cove 7) Water infiltration to the Island |

As a side note, my Father has seen 6 H bombs go off. He was one of the soldiers that they had about 10 miles away to see what effect the radiation would have (it had no measurable effect even long term). He was facing away from them but could see the fireball anyway because of the high energy particles activating the retina through the head. A few seconds later they were all knocked off their feet from the blast, and he got to see the mushroom cloud.
He's a bit of a pacifist now... |

Don't know if there's a bridge between Edmonds and Kingston in 2070? There's a ferry route though and you can commandeer one or two to take you over... |

I'll stop about a mile away, so there are probably visibility modifiers, but I didn't add the +3 for actively looking as I guess they about cancel out
Assensing me: 2 successes Assensing Legundo 5 successes, sorry forget to edit the text Depending on what Legundo sees, unless it looks crazy dangerous, we will get closer until something interesting is seen, or we get ambushed. |

Found out today that I'm going to be on more travel this week for work. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/frown.gif) I'm not feeling much more confident that I'll get the time I need to rework the Captain for a few weeks, so I think I'll just bow out for the time being (in case someone wants in to fill my spot) and when I get him ready I'll let Aria know and if there is room we can work me back in somehow.

There will be plenty of crazy dangerous things between you and the blast site!!! Will start working up an IC as soon as I can. A quick note about background count - it has been modelled but it just so happens that it balances the fact that mana is easier to summon than in the '70s! If you can work something into your IC to that effect that would be great! |

I will do that as part of my next post, when I spot stuff.
Do we know yet whether it was a nuke or a thor shot. At three miles if it was a nuke we should have all been knocked off our feet. A thor shot is a lot more localized I think |

Oh, for my sniff test,
9 successes I'm primarily looking for what kind of creatures live here (humans, ghouls, paracritters) and whether there's been any recent activity (like gunpowder, blood, etc) besides that...nuclear blast. Well, at least that was far away. |

@politeman
If you go 20d6.hits(5), it will add up the successes for you. And a very impressive sniff that was too |

A thor shot is a lot more localized I think It was a nuke 20 miles away in Downtown Seattle. Thor shots followed afterwards. IC should explain it and Sticks will get a lowdown shortly from his IC request... |
