See the Milspec actions thread for the ideas I've been throwing about for the 'events' ...feel free to add your own in to the list but I really want you two to be the centre of the action rather than letting your pet NPCs do all the grunt work. Of course that does mean I have to go and look up the rules for elemental damage to vehicles (why do I do this to myself?!? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif) )

Aria, I think we need to come up with some 'play by post' viable hacking rules (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
I think where we stand right now, I need to give you something around 17 rolls to see if I succeed. that's pretty crazy.

Well I think in principal you are good enough to achieve most of what you want to do with the bucket full of dice you are rolling so we can probably dispense with that side of things...

How about this, you give me 10 stealth rolls (as easy as 1 with Invisible Castle) and then list out the actions you want to do (the more you do increasing the chance of being spotted!). Maybe make 1 over arching hacking roll for a general feel for how well/quickly you can breeze through this milspec system?!?

Does that sound fair? I'm open to suggestions if you want to do it another way!

So what do you want to do in here? Bearing in mind there is a spider in the node and patrolling IC. There are camera controls, weapon emplacements and probably drone networks controlled from here...

Okay, I'm sending my Force 7 fire spirit out to find out what all the commotion is in the forest. She'll stay on the astral, but astrally perceive the area.

Assensing:
Int(7) + Astral Perception(7) = 14d6 for 3 hits.

I hope that works. Doesn't seem like they're making an effort to stay concealed, though. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/nyahnyah.gif)

No pressure to post, I'm just putting in some IC stuff. Tris is just getting edgy because the only thing he's hearing back from all of his warnings is soft, soothing sound of radio static. Also, time to make a Compulsion test! To study it (in the next safe opportunity), or not to study it!

Tris is in command? Oh crap! I'll reread the milspec stuff. Right now, I'm thinking the best thing to do is take out those drones and avoid the darkness completely. Any suggestions from anybody? Send the spirits after them and then have them bug out as quickly as possible? Send a few red shirts out there and hope for the best?

Yup, nasty...or perhaps NAAASTY! would be more accurate...it is polluting the astral space around it (think astral hazing but different)

I would say that if it's not a prepared vessel then you use it's senses. You are still able to see the astral though...
