basically, yes.
he has everything that helps with climbing. including sticky hands and feet that won't leave prints on stuff he sticks to.
he is a one trick pony, ultimate, if you go for the 46 dice in climbing. if you go for 36 or even 30 it's still one hell of a climb but so much more versatile and usefull!
a troll with much STR that can get everywhere he damn well wants to is one hell of a breaking and entering specialist or sniper or close combat fighter if he wants to.

and then there is the hedge-pixie, the fastest meta-sapient alive.
and closely behind the fastest metahuman alive maxed out for running at speeds of motorcycles.
or pixie-punch, the pixie that can punch a hole into a dragon if he connects.
bear who walks through walls. a bear/troll shifter adept that can tear down barriers as fast as he walks along.

and WAY outside the rules, there is my binky. a surged centaur cyberzombie/cyborg hybrid equine hovertank with armor and firepower that rivals an entire platoon.

i had, after some creative tinkering and bribing of the GM, a character that was, basically, a walking ares screech sonic rifle.
everything ear and voice ware installed that was there. he would only have needed to really hear the ares screech sonic rifle up close to be able to replicate the effects with his cyberware . . somehow, the sonic weapons vanished after i introduced him

Combat paralysis - how else could I create an emotionally scarred troll that kills, maims and rips people to pieces in a bloodrage and then cries like a baby when he is done.

He could prevent himself from getting into such situations, he could lock himself up, restrain himself, ask others to do so, and so on. He could buy an auto-injector and disable himself when necessary.

Blur: complete body with ruthenium polymere coating. Wears a Suit with ruthenium polymere coating too, so it's a complete Predator-Effect. He usually makes himself visible in a very annoying way. Namely one that is pretty hard on the eyes. Looks blurry all over, even if you squint.

Well, shock hands lets him stun people which is an improvement because he would stop beating them when they don't move anymore. Besides, pacifist as a 5 point flaw isn't that bad - he just refuses to kill people...as long as he controls himself...

It's not hard to come up with a backstory for it if I want to.

-Severe phobia of confinement [restrained as a child]
-Might not be any drugs on the market that lets him functional without knocking him unconscious - not to mention BOD 14 for drug resistance as you cannot choose NOT to resist a drug.

I took a shot at replicating Mr. Freeze in Chummer. Came out pretty well, posted him around here somewhere.

I also started working on Batman, but realized he'd be a nightmare in terms of qualities. I think I got down Pacifist, Privileged Family Name, SINner, Fame (National), Day Job (10 hours/week), Born Rich, Trust Fund, and Home Turf before I decided to save myself the trouble and stop while I could. There are just too many minor details to represent in game and not enough points, at least with a normal character.

I built a 750 karmagen (errata'd) character with all of the non-magic/resonance skills in Chummer at 8 or 10 dice. A few skills are on skillsofts, but at low enough rating that the skillwires can handle using all of them all of the time. With a few situational bonuses (like a smartgun or camo suit), he should be fairly capable.

However, he has no contacts, and the only knowledge skills he has are from knowsofts.

It was more of an experiment than a character I intended to play, but with a bit of tweaking it might be a playable character. I'd look at what I could do with 1,000 karma, but that seems like an unneccesarily high amount of karma.

(edit:) Also, I think 4 or 5 edge, in case he really needs to succeed.
