Ladies and gentlemen, I have a planned campaign in which I would like to invite you to participate. However, it is unusual in certain respects.

• The campaign is intended to consider the case of people who enter the shadows at an early age, and examine how they get there mentally as well as in terms of skills.
• I have taken liberties with the milieu with respect to gangs, politics and other players. Do not expect complete agreement with published source materials. This will simulate your characters' lack of initial exposure to the world of the shadows.
• I have run part of this campaign before, and worked out some of the kinks, so in principle it should run fairly smoothly.

The unusual nature of the campaign means there will be some particular stipulations with regard to the characters from inception.

• No changelings
• No technomancers
• Characters must be high school students (SouthEast Tacoma High - Go Kings!)
• 300BP. You're not a godlike master of all you survey, you're a high school kid.
• You most probably have a SIN. The Tacoma Education Authority prefers it for some crazy reason. If not, be prepared to explain in your background.
• Because of young, growing bones, probably not crazy amounts of bone-altering cyberware. There may be reasons (such as hideous injuries) but most kids are more likely to have cheap simsense nets than direct brain hookups.
• Magicians of one or another sort are possible.

Should enough people show interest, I shall furnish more particulars concerning the milieu with respect to high school (sub)cultures(s) and background information, to help people make good characters which fit.

This is my first PbP campaign, so I will borrow conventions I have seen working well in other campaigns.

I realise that people have lives and schedules, so to cut the gordian knot of waiting for someone who will never respond, as opposed to someone who doesn't have anything to contribute in a particular exchange, I will add a RL DEADLINE for responses. If everyone responds before that time, I shall continue without delay. People who do not respond in time shall be ICly assumed to be mutely (or noisily) doing just whatever they were doing before the deadline hit.

This campaign can work with as few as two players, but is balanced for four. I would like to recommend at least one nascent technologist (riggers included in this), one infiltrator or thieving sort, and one reasonably plausible face.

Feel free to ask questions, if I get nothing by the RL DEADLINE for this post, I'll close the campaign.
