Had to look it up. I didn't realize the UN still existed!
On top of the typical military stats and skills, I would think someone with any rank would have some Negotiation skill, given the UN (still?) would be more interested in halting conflict. Languages? C3 abilities, especially if coordinating elements from different countries. |
