..making a ex--UN blue helmet soldier charc., what would be valid skill array and levels for her??....(sorry dor quad post..)

Had to look it up. I didn't realize the UN still existed!

On top of the typical military stats and skills, I would think someone with any rank would have some Negotiation skill, given the UN (still?) would be more interested in halting conflict.

Languages?

C³ abilities, especially if coordinating elements from different countries.
