Yep Sedna, Memorial Day was likely the reason for the recent lull in posting. I know that in my family it is a highly important holiday because my family has a history of military service. Everyone- I've been informed that 'online' I have the feel of being 'suddenly very busy'. I apologize for that, there are two main reasons, one obvious, the other not so obvious. I unexpectedly went out of town for Memorial Day weekend, so that is the obvious one, since I think most people were busy the last couple days.

The not so obvious one is that I've been hit with some unexpected medical problems, and I've been pretty sick. I had to go to the doctor's office twice and I just got back from an upper endoscopy procedure (did I spell that right medical people?) today. So I've been pretty messed up physically, and running around making sure my insurance information and all that is in order while trying to get work done and go to the doctor's and what not.

I apologize if it's caused me to be a bit slow on Dumpshock. I didn't think the problem was that bad and was trying to 'tough it out' and it has since ended up costing me in the long run. So I'm working myself out of it, trying to get healthy and then getting caught back up, since I'll be really slow if I'm in the hospital. :)

Like I posted a little bit ago, if you're waiting on me for something, it's probably got lost in the shuffle, just let me know what you're waiting on and I'll get back to you ASAP. Thanks!

First, foremost, and maybe only: try to feel better soon, WinterRat? I think it just seemed amplified since in your absence, not one of the Combat Inc duo plus one had posted IC own-character ... so the feeling of general busy-ness wasn't just you. Whatever else, don't get stressed out over this: we'll muddle along somehow until you sort things out with your body/mind/spirit/social/emotional. (Hey, that seems somehow familiar ;) )

ok, First things first, Assensing test. Main focus is on his reletive magic rating and his emotional state. That should be only 2 or three successes needed (can't remember which)

I don't know what TN modifiers there are but that should be enough to get at least general emotional state and most likely his reletive power.

If it's hostile he'll ready for combat if not he'll let him go by and then follow from a slight distance, trying to be reletively unobtrusive about it.
