That's correct. Tony is up again on 4.

Roll for it. And you can change movement modes during individual passes. So while Tony ran first pass, he could run, walk, or remain stationary during this pass.

Also, I was more meaning am I closer to the pillar, or is movement a "You start the round here, end of the round you get to where your going" thing?

Movement is divided over the entire combat turn, and the distance you cover is based on your quickness. At this point, Tony is adjacent to the pillar. Given the amount of gunfire and explosions that have taken place in the last six seconds, its hard to be sure, but it sounds like the two targets that were on the south end of the pillar are headed north, in the direction where Tony knows Marquis is slumped unconscious on the ground.

You're pretty much centered up on the pillar, probably only about five or six meters to the north end.
