Take your time on submissions... and i'm sorry to hear about McGraw, Sphynx, but that's alright you've still got plenty of time to think up a char.
Ghetto mnemonic enhancers i suppose are ok but i have to get the full specs of those. Also, you'll get the combat enhancements of your enhanced articulation, however one piece of warning, sometimes people get wary of people that seem to move too smoothly. Submissions so far: Ronin Puck Hector Fr*g :dead: Sabosect Juric Raven I left anonimity for those who wish it. But these are the ones i have, if any of you feel i should have something that i don't let me know. Oh and please stop PMing me for no real reason... read the darn posts firsts (hope they read it this time :grinbig: ) |

I'll have to drop out of this one... just got a huge string of work, no time now. Oh well. I'll play Antonio one day!

For those of you with Curiosity, Ronin is my character. He's the epitome of Samurai, or at least tries his best to be. He follows the Bushido code to the letter, and is currently Ronin until he can regain his family's honor which was lost when Free California had certain imperial issues with Japan. Notes of possible interest in character stats:
Appears human (but who can say, eh? ;)) Exceeds the strength and quickness capabilities of any human though. Highly charismatic and very large body'd. Carries a pair of Ares Pred-3's, and treats them as his Daisho. |

Puck is mine,
Short, wiry and just a hint of Creole in his skin tone. He's a modern cat burgler, well dressed and well mannered. |

Frag be me.
Ex-ganger type. Good at nothing but ganger-type stuff. (Physical Intimidation, Clubs, Brawling.) And, yes, those are his only active skills. :P |

I posted Skee's NSRCG file on my site, but I just noticed that it doesn't include his bio. I'll forward the whole package in an e-mail later today.

I'll see if I can't finish up an idea I've had tumbling around for a while. Raptor, street punk who met with a nasty accident, involving the loss of his legs. His parents managed to find him, and being rather weathly went in to get his legs replaced, but the doc only had some kid stealth legs. To help him adjust to his new odd legs, they also got him a balance tail. However, being an ungrateful kid, he was out on the streets as soon as he could walk without falling down like a drunk. Hes had a little modification to the legs since (retractable spurs), and really only does b/e style jobs, but specializes in really running the hell away. (And yes, he will have the distinctive style flaw). I'll see if I can't finish him out by the end of the day for you.

Might want to add a tail razor to that.

I want to add hydralic jacks in too, just to complete the "i run real fast and thats about it" feel of the character, but I'm also debating just giving him straight brawling, or if I should go with tae kwon do. Then again, I doubt traditional kicks work with backward knees. |

Capoera would be better, more focus on the legs than TKD

Er, Nikoli, TKD is mostly kicks. Take it from somebody that's taken it and has a girlfriend with a blackbelt in it. :P
I don't know what the repercussions of backwards knees on TKD would be... In tournaments, it would probably make people do double-takes a lot. In straight up fighting... Well, being as that I have regular knees, I can't honstly say. However, I can venture to guess that it wouldn't have much effect other than being slightly odd. |

I took TKD as well and while there is a great deal of focus on kicks, we just didn't do the number of drills for kicks that we did for punches. Maybe he wasn't that good of an instructor, but still. I was thinking the broad, ranging kick style Morpheus used in the first Martix movie

TKD has only a few punches and relies on kicks. The basis behind it is for unhorsing riders. Punches can't do that effectively without getting in good range of the horse's hooves and the rider's weapon. A kick you have a bit more of a chance to actually get in and get him down.
And I wouldn't base anything on anything from The Matrix. Some of the styles are correct, but they were done more for "cool factor" than "realism factor." |

The Ballerina is an ex corporate assassin type, five feet two of quiet lethality filled to the brim with cyberware, including the far too expensive ruthemium dermal sheath.
Looks about sixteen, but has enough dry sarcasm to make grown men cry...... should be interesting if she gets in, theres some great oddball characters floating around this game! p.s. sure TKD is 90 percent kicks, but copoeira is 99 percent, so nikoli does have a point. Nine-9: sticks with brawling so he can make stuff stuff up as it goes along ;) |

And if I recall, they used that style for that character because it played up his height and long leggyness.

Juric would be my character. On the streets his rep holds up as The Salamander, and for good reason. A survivalist of sorts, the odd assortment of colors he wears is anything but intimidating, but there are those that say they've underestimated him in a fight, being a shorter 5'9" and misleadingly good shape. There are others that would call him The Salamander because of his "poisonous" charisma, that could convince any sprawl ganger to slitting their own throat. (Remember, a rep is all about exaggeration, I hope that's a good enough reason for the street name and rep, eh Rokur? :D )
EDIT: Forgot to mention that he does walk with a slight limp. Is said to always carry an Ares Alpha with him, and has a habit of staring at people(to stare them down or size them up, no one can tell) |

Lotta short characters so far (haven't heard much on the Troll)
if we're the ones that get picked, it's gonna be like Snow White and the seven sammies |

Hey now! You wouldn't be saying that if you saw my bio! :P And I believe there's no point in giving out anymore info besides that which would most likely be picked up by the Runners. |

I'd say that's great physical practice, the game "See how long it takes the Troll to grab ya."
