He's driving a Eurocar Westwind 2000, modified with a Datajack Port, Rating 6 Anti-theft system, Photovoltaic Chameleon Paint, and Morphing License Plate, and Infared Smoke Launchers.
Currently loaded into the 1000Mp optical chip DNI linked from his had are the following rating 6 active softs: Demolitions, Biotec, Drive Car, Athletics, Electronics B/R, Computer B/R, Ettiquette. He also has Bargaining (specialization of Negotiations) 5.
In his bag are an electronics toolkit, rating 6 Medkit, Thermographic Binoculars, Rating 6 Keypad Sequencer, Flash Pack, and an Ares Alpha with Gas Vent IV, Shock Pads, Personalized Grip, Rangefinder, and Grenade Link, currently loaded with 8 Offensive High Explosive Minigrenades and a clip of 42 regular rounds. Spare ammo in the bag is 3 clips of 42 Regular Rounds, and one clip of 42 Ex Explosive Rounds. In his belt, on the small of his back, is a Weapons World Infiltrator with Internal Smartlink 2, loaded with 15 standard rounds.
In his pants pockets are 3 more clips of 15 regular rounds for the infiltrator, as well as a currently detached silencer. In his jacket pocket is his Pocket Secretary.

He's wearing a Form Fitting Full Body Suit with the hood tucked under his other clothes, a secure Ultra Vest under a a standard synthetic jacket, and a Secure Long Coat, plus black cargo pants and black work boots. He's also got a subvocal microphone on his neck and a micro transciever taped to his back.

If he doesn't get through to Network, he'll assume something bad is going on, and drive up to the club with his rifle out of the bag, next to his right leg below his seat (similar to how cops keep their shotgun, but slightly lower down). If Network responds, he'll ask what's going on there and behave accordingly.

It's a fairly major Norse holiday from my understanding so I'd assume you'd know about it.

One thing that is interesting is SR lists Odin/Wodan as the SkyFather though some other records say Tyr is or was the Skyfather prior to Odin.

Odin- The Allfather of the Aesir, God of Royalty, Battle, Wisdom, Runes, & Death. Husband of Frigg.

Tyr- The Skyfather. Sacrificed his arm to bind Fenrir. God of Justice, Loyalty, Sky, and War.

Winter Nights October 31

Winter Nights or Vetrnætr marked the beginning of winter as well as the beginning of the New Year, according to the Norse calendar. The Celtic people called this night Samhain eve, a mid-autumn festival. Like the Celtic counterpart, the people used to celebrate this night by lighting large bonfires to frightened spirits and demons, because on this night they freely roamed the world. It is also on this night that Odin was supposed to lead the spectral horsemen and hounds in the Wild Hunt. The Wild Hunt lasted throughout winter, peaking at Yule's night before ending the following year on May Eve (Walpurgis' Night).

The last night of October is celebrated by some modern English-speaking countries as Halloween (All Hallows' Eve), which is the eve of the Christian All Saints' Day, where children dressed in costumes, going from door to door in the neighbourhood, demanding trick or treat. The treat that was usually given were candy.
