Heck if it was half way good any good I would pay/play it if it was an MMORPG like EQ.

i would also like to say not all MMoRPG's are bad, personally, ever crack wouldnt be my first choice but eh..

I would say if they make a morrowind version, they NEED to expand the skill system... i had most of my used skills maxed way early... to the point that i stopped playing it.

then again, with SR you shouldnt be able to increase your skills just by DOING them. Got that karma to spend, so that might not even be an issue.

Addendum:

Unreal Tournie - Please, gods of justice... no. I can't stand how hyper fast that game is. Mostly because some of my UT junkie friends can whip my ass a dozen times before I can figure out the play board, but also because it just looks nuts when you see about 10 toons jumping around Mario-style, firing insane amounts of ammo. Gah, that game pisses me off. Again, mostly because I'm inept at it.

:P

Yea, a friend of a friend of mine last year said that microsoft was doing something about a shadowrun video game then. But something like 90% of games that are started are not finished, so it is still unlikely to happen.

Yea, that fof is, I think, some sort of senior game designer at ms.

I remember playing a game at my cousin's house once, not so long ago, called Killzone... I think. I bring this one up because it made amazing use of firing around, under, over and through cover. You could press up against, duck under, and hide behind almost any construct in the game. Plus, there was really cool architectural destruction in it.

I think a decent SR FPS could be made from a combo of Mercenaries and Killzone.
