As people have pointed out, it really depends on the mission.

If you're in an Aliens bughunt, you can expect a lot of hot-swapping.

If you're in charge of a controlled situation and everything goes by the numbers, odds are you won't have to reload on the fly. That does, however, depend on the plan.

Getting ambushed has a way of really screwing with your plan.

Unprecedented feedback. Most people seem to hate the idea of RoFs working like running.

I've discussed my rules at least here, and the recoil cap here.

The actual RoFs are weapon-specific, usually from 30 to 60 per CT (600rpm to 1200rpm cyclic) for conventional firearms.
