i really don't see that at all. at best, incorporates elements of a mohawk, with the top being slightly longer than the sides. but the back is clearly longer than the front (what with it being puttling into a ponytail and all), which makes it at least 50% mullet. maybe it's a mullethawk.

when I dont trim the sides of my head, people dont realize I have a mohawk either.
the guy is too busy to get a trim. see how he needs a shave, too? coincidence i think not. |

what it boils down to is this.
Shadowrun has a severely strong cyberpunk theme. Noone recognizes this when it's on the cover of the bloody sourcebooks. I take it personally because I love the game, I see what the artist did when he created an oldschool punker shadowrunner. EVeryone seems to slag it cuz they think he has a mullet. |
