As a general notice for people who don't play in my other games.

Each week that people post regularly in the thread you earn one point of karma. That can be used to improve skills and rolls over to add'l karma pool as per the normal rate. For simplicity sake, it is awarded every Monday. I maintain the right to issue additional karma above and beyond the normal reward for great roleplaying or posts that I find particularly funny or interesting.

Here's the link to the game website...my standard disclaimer of it's not pretty but it should be functional applies.

I updated the main page with a few more maps of the area around the Louvre and a general Metro map since you were talking about such.

I figured I might need it when we get there. But I could probably put it on a train and pick it up there. So yeah, Ariel could ride with you.

Eh... They'd been out of touch for a while. People forget. And we'd rather hurry on to the part where stuff blows up then fret over what people can remember they've done before the game started ;)

I do now. ;)

Ok so not being super familiar with France has it's drawbacks. I went and checked a map and learned that Marseille is actually back the way I cam and not to far from Nice. So I am going to hop a train back there cause it is late.

For anyone who is geography challenged (like me)

France

As it turns out (after looking at the map) Paris is only about 2 hours away from Lyons, and Marseilee is about 45 minutes away from Lyons, so scratch the whole train thing. Man, France isn't very big...

Experience tells me that it's about 3 hours at night and over 4 by day from Lyon to Paris. :P Lyon is about 3 hours by day and about 2 hours by night. Not sure your estimation of the map is all that accurate....

I used the little thingie on the top that said Kilometers, and measured out how many klicks from town to town. And then figured I would go about 120 klicks an hour. Bear in mind I have never been to France, so estimates are all I have.

My family owns a place near Angouleme, and although I rarely make it over to the central-east, I've done the trip enough times to be fairly sure I'm accurate on the times... France is a pretty big place (but since I come from Belgium, it seems even bigger. :P)

Big... It takes 3 hours to drive from Seattle, Washington to Portland, Oregon. On the map it looks like you could drive across France in a day.

When I was in London they were offereing day trips to Paris via a shuttle, so I always figured the countries were just not that big.

Back on the game, so assuming Lieu has his own wheels I am gonna head south. If Lleu needs a ride, I think the Blitzen can seat two for an hour or so.
