Ah that timeless answer for when you can't think of a better plan: when in doubt, turn to drugs.

And no, I don't do drugs myself. Ever. ;)

I've got cash but what kind of mechanic work would we need at this point? Does he provide rocket bearing blimp drones? If so. . . . . :)

Heh, probably not. If you want to talk something for your bike, feel free to jaw with him (I can edit the time if necessary, won't be a problem). If not, feel free to look around the neighborhood.

Hey Everyone,

Quick FYI - My girlfriend's mom was killed in a car accident this past Wednesday, Oct. 18. I've been with her and her family from the hospital and onward, hence my absence, and I will probably be staying with her until sometime next week. I will try to get back and catch up ASAP. Thanks for your patience!

Dang, sorry guys, whenever those exams hit, everything else seems to get shut out of mind.

Question: how much money is average to give to a contact for information. Brandon is a "buddy" level so money probably isn't as obligatory, but still, what would be appropriate? something like 50 or 500? (just trying to get a sense of scale here.

thanks.

Ah, we can skip the charge for now; depending on the condition of the car when you return it, you may want to keep the nuyen handy.

Should have something up this evening, unless you want to talk some more.

I'll be back and trying to catch up tonight and tomorrow.

BC - Do we have carte blanche to post for the time being?

Bandit - Are you planning on posting anything or are you just going to let me and Cedric move the action forward?

Not quite carte blanche (I'll setup the interior of the flower shop) but other than that, the sky's the limit.

Sorry about my non-presence of late... I've been insanely busy and it only looks like it will get worse.

WR: I'm sorry to hear that. Take your time...a shcok like that isn't an easy thing to bounce back from.

BC – Sorry about the delay, here’s that Perception Test (SR 4 Rules)

Intuition: 5

Using the watchers is always a good idea. I love those things.

Heh. Will have a post up here in a sec describing the outside scene.

Bandit: you want to roll for the Watchers?

Astral perception rolls for the watchers:

Lazarius astral perception
INT (1) + Assensing (1) = 5, 4
1 hit.

Danagrath astral perception
INT (1) + Assensing (1) = 6, 4.
1 hit.

Bandit: I'm assuming that you gave them the command that was mentioned in your last OOC post. If not, lemme know and I'll edit to correct.

If you would prefer them have the most basic command possible, then I would be fine with them reporting back the number of live metahumans inside of the flower shop. I doubt that one hit would allow them to ID the magically active ones.

Probably not, agreed. However, both of them are reporting that there are no live metahumans in the shop.

Note 1: The question then becomes, 'are there dead metahumans inside the shop?'

Note 2: Since we aren't being very well paid for being here (in fact, we're not being paid at all!) I can only draw the conclusion that we are, in fact, insane.

*Warning: Serious Note* Note 3: Cedric, in your response post go ahead and write us going into the flower shop if you want. Dragon's fine with going in if Erebus is.

Yes. . . insane is a great word to describe this situation. But sanity would make for a pretty boring SR world :)

Well, y'all have been shot at (by a rocket launcher, no less), so far...

Don't you mean rocket launcherS?

Or are we distinguishing the rocket from the missiles?

Cedric- I'll wait on you before posting any further.

I'M ALIVE!!!!

Sorry, my disease infested children dam near killed me last week. First I took the one-two punch of two toddlers sick at the same time, which meant that as soon as one started puking so did the other. Then my wife got it and then I got it. Alexander shouldn't have bothered catapulting disease infested corpses over the walls, he should have just had the solider's children join the inhabitants for day care.

Anyway I'm back up and functional again. I'll catch up today or tomorrow.
