Sphynx: Yeah, FFBA 3 is the full body version. I'll replace the allergy to orichalcum with a more mundane one - I didn't take into consideration that although I personally won't be using any weapon foci, someone else on the team might.
Edit: I just want to doublecheck with you: Singing is considered a knowledge skill, right? Edit 2: You don't by any chance happen to house rule martial arts maneuvers, do you? I just finished reading over the section in CC, and the existing ruleset is pretty damn ridiculous. |

SOO I was just reading the little blurb in the SR3 core rule book.... Um is this really gonna start when the Ares team detonates a tactical nuke  in the "biggest hive in north america"... causing the spirits to flood the city? And if so is there electricity in the containment zone? It says the blast was contained and not as damageing but are most of the buildings rubble now? JESUS maybe I should have bought hardened military armor... hindisght they say its 20/20.

I would like to humbly apologize and ask for your forgiveness. Work and Home life have conspired to reduce my availability for anything other than changing diapers to the last 3.5 seconds before I fall asleep.
I must, sadly, withdraw. Again, I am humbly sorry. J |

Reign: HOLY SMOKES, you've got a potential really nice HQ too. Any chance Nick's shop is around the corner from Hennesy's pub? |

Gobogen:
No Heavy Weapons (if you think something might be a heavy weapon, don't take it) Job: As I told others on this thread, if you have a day job, make sure you pre-plan where your flaw points come from when that's no longer a flaw. (Ie: You need to keep flaws of an equal level) Adept stuff: Character decides. Scoundrel: Singing is a Knowledge skill I have no House Rules for Martial Arts |

Nick012000,
She posted her charecter on page 3. But to quickly answer you has cyber eyes and ears, with no cosmetic mods on either. However she is an elf so her ears are already pointy and her eyes probably almond shaped. Enough like a cat to me. Not that we will see much of her in that fancy cloak of hers. Pretty good charecter my only mods would have been a synthacardium and enhanced articulation with the daredevil edge. |

Well answered Reign. Thanks. And I was thinking about the Synthcard too, but she's pretty much on the edge of body function as is... and I want to save some :nuyen: for the HQ! :D
Nick, Nine's not so much trying to resemble a cat in particular, but was nicknamed by others for embodying cat-ness. The tail helped. |

After giving everyone's sheets a cursory scan, I think that someone with a wallet fatter than mine should think about investing in a Savior Advanced Medkit. Our team looks like it has every arena covered except Biotech.
For some inexplicable reason, I suspect that we're going to need some heavy duty healing capability once the game begins. |

Hey, ES, I have a question. Maybe I have read the rules wrong, but why did you spend all the money, etc... on getting your INIT up to 5D6 when you have combat paralisis as a flaw? Doesn't that mean you will always go last no matter what you roll? So, why have 5D^ when it ends up being the sames as 1D6? Or am I reading the rules wrong?

No, it means she goes the first round on a 15, and the second round on between 15 and 40.
Cool idea. |

Combat Paralysis only happens the 1st turn. Important to remember, and she still goes twice as fast as most people do in that round, getting 2 actions automatically. :P
Ok, time to work on the 'fortress'. Looking at the stuff, I see all sorts of shops/facilities/cash spent towards it, could everyone do me a favor to save me from missing stuff? Post exactly what you've put into the fortress? If you put cash in, and want to spend that cash yourself, that's fine (Ie: Weapons, security, etc), but anything bought with this spare change 'stays' with the 'fortress'. The facilities bought show what type of place it is (you can help choose). Maybe it's a corporate area with some shops and apartments, or maybe you've decided that a city block is your 'turf'. Or, maybe you live in an apartment complex surrounded by high walls, and a QuickShop is part of it, etc. So, post what you gave, and then post what you'd like to call your own here. Sphynx |

This is kinda what I had in mind when I payed for my facilities tell me if that sounds ok....
The Knight Errant Fast Response Team headquarters 3 Months high lifestyle Weapons Facility Vehicle Shop Armor Shop Ammunition Shop Demolition Shop This is a corporate compound for the Knight Errant Fast Response Teams, the bomb squads. Its 2 buildings one is the security facilities probably 4 stories where the shops are and maybe 1 or 2 holding cells, briefing rooms, weapons room, training gym, short and medium pistol range, helipad on the roof (no copter) and such. This Building is directly against the wall surrounding the compound and has a 3 car garage leading directly into the vehicle shop(no vehicles in there currently they were all "lost" in the initial attack on the hive) The other building is the Corporate Housing Facility a 8 story High life apartment complex for the Security personal and their families. This structure has the standard security features of high life maglocks and such and security cameras. The whole compound is souronded by a 10 meter plasticrete wall rimmed with razor wire 4 sentinel gun drones are also on a track on this wall but they are controlled remotely from a security rigger at the main police headquarters not from the sight these would be out of commission just like the security cameras ( no electronics or computers stuff to fix them or re wire them for manual controls on the site). |

I've got 130,000 "left over" for the place. Add an electronics shop and it sounds good to me. |

I had in mind that my Hq would be the site of the physical response team the main command and control precinct would have had the computers and electronics and way more holding cells... so i didn't buy those shops.

I think that this "fortress" will be the conglomeration of our combined resources. I was offering an electronics shop as my contribution. It could be as simple as a truck, carrying enough electronic equipment to set up a shop, parked just outside your HQ when the quarantine hits (which we confiscate).
