I'm seeing the addition of a "Sex, Lies and Religion" chapter in SR4, if only to cover the basics.

1: With recent advancces in tech, looking for an Adam's apple isn't going to help anymore.

2: The Corporations start screwing with the world as we know it by telling us the truth, trusting that 7-odd decades of bred-in-the-bone distrust will pay off in spades. (The Earth IS doomed, and you helped it along every time you bought some NERPS - feel good about it, sucker?!)

3: A brief introduction on the most popular religions ("media exposure" vs " actual attendence" vs "reported numbers" vs "Number of people killed to further the glory of") current leaders, their dress code and any particularly wacky habits they have.

"Aw man, scope this freak!?"
"...It's a bishop."
"But, look at his DRESS..."
"It's called a Cassock."
"It's RED."
"...Ok, my mistake. He's a Cardinal."

Apart from a lot of the sad and inherently twee leanings of a lot of the 70's (1970's) crystal crowd, some of thier traditions seem a hell of a lot less likely to end up in genocidal bloodshed.

...Hmmm, maybe now would be a bad time to remember that Jedi = Mage Adept thread?

This is still in the wrong forum.

We don't have a "right forum" for most of this thread, which is more a discussion of the religion and it's background than how it might be used in Shadowrun. Bring it on topic and keep it there, please.

Given that the only post in the last twenty days was on topic (at least for the general SR discussion forum)…
