So, it's late and 'm board. :-) What are your favorite methods of attack? Either you or one of your pcs. Posting interesting methods is greatly apreciated. :-) GM's security methods are good too.

Control thoughts is a great one (unless you're playing w/ Fygg Nuuton :P )
But also a big fan of BF shotguns. That and stacking mana bolts and stun bolts together so that they put up their magic defenses , and then shoot the bastich w/ a silvergun |

Narcoject. Fast, Silent, and not deadly, so I don't have to worry about a murder investigation.
Nothin' says lovin like a dual-charge IR Smoke/Neuro-stun IV grenade when you have a narcoject gun with an ultrasound sight (and appropriate blood filtration cyber) |

Options are the key.
My current character has sun spells and physical combat spells in bolt and ball form. A couple of low force elemental manipulations for secondary effects, some tactical spells that can improvise attacks (levitate, move earth). A heavy pistol for when it’s not worth the drain (rare lately) and a holdout with gamma-scopolamine casual rounds to take past security. On especially nasty runs he also takes some grenades Previous characters preferred large blades or shotguns Edward |

Environmental Conditions -- throwing your opponent into an electrified body of water, for instance (bonus points if you electrified it for that pupose). Unfortunately these are incredibly hard to pull off unless you have a sharp character and lenient GM.
Firearms are much more common and about half as good. The silenced Browning Max-Power being king among these. |

My current character's name is Gunner, as the name implies, he likes heavy weapons and explosives. Currently the proud owner of a SAM missile, and looking for an excuse to use it.
I tend to cause mass destruction with anyone I play. Sometimes on purpose, usually by accident. Is it my fault that nearly everything in the world is flammable? |

Is it a problem that my troll merc character doesn't consider a fully tricked out automatic shotgun a "big gun"?

Although his namesake in the comics has used many different means of execution (ninja-to, bare hands/martial arts, and firearms, to name a few), I voted "Other" because, although I have visions of my character eventually becoming a world-class assassin, he hasn't killed anyone-- yet.

Clubs!
You can take almost ANYTHING and use it as a functional club.... especially if you're a troll... Chairs, plates, guns, pool cues, mugs, plants, bats, table legs, mailboxes, cameras, pipes, street signs, lightposts, tire irons, wrenches, hammers, other metahumans, cyberdecks, rocks, scrap metal, car bumpers, rear axle off an old Lincoln, bicycles, whiskey bottle, axe handle, and lets not forget, a plain old piece of wood.
