Hrm... a walking, suncell-battery-powered equipment crate would actually be quite useful for mercs...

| When you're on a run and sweating hard from running from those guards and need a quick pick me up just tell the FRIDGE 9000 what your beverage of choice is and it'll bring you liquid cool refreshment even into the hottest combat zones! Need a snack too to keep you going in that gunfight, look no farther than the FRIDGE 9000! Now in stores! |
Now one just has to get rid of the mental image of the commercial featuring a hot cowboy babe rodeo-riding an ice-cream-fridge.

Plus, with a fridge on the team, runner have a convienent place to put bodies that they want to keep fresh. Organ harvesters can now hit 5-6 targets before heading home for the night.

As a sidenote - it was mentioned that, when intercommunicating with the team, this would take up N-1 connections on the subscription list.
As it is possible to subscribe Drones as one, with the limit of given them the same orders/data, wouldn't it be normally (if you don't wan't to talk to specific people) only take one subscription to get the whole team connected, as the same orders/data go to anyone?

I personally dont know, but if not you could have an agent on one of their commlinks relay it to all of them...

Hrm... somehow, it just can find only the reference to subscribing multiple Drones as one...

one radio channel for the whole team is reasonable, all talk on the same channel (think conference calls and most runner teams)
