Simple question. Do ghouls do physical or stun damage to normal people in a normal attack?
I know they can hit astral/spirits/protection from normal weapons type things, as they're dual natured.

Normal stun damage imo.

They have claws that do physical damage, I thought.

EDIT: Not seeing the claws in 3rd edition sources (Critters, Shadowrun Companion). It's in the 4th edition BBB, though (they do physical damage through their natural claw weapons), and all descriptions of ghouls throughout the editions say they have hands that harden into claws. Up to the GM, I suppose.
