Anyone have any idea who I would have to beg (and how to get ahold of them) to get PDFs of Prime Runners, Bug City, the five Target books (UCAS, Smugglers Havens, Awakened Lands, Wastelands, and Matrix), the two SOTA books, SoNA, and SoE put up for sale on BattleCorps/DrivethruRPG?

All of the books will be posted in time. However, the process to convert and OCR (or unarchive and PDF) is a long one, and we've got all of the FASA CBT/SR books to do, so your best bet is patience.
