I ordered two PDFs from BattleCorps but only got a link for one of them. I sent e-mails on Thursday, Monday, & Tuesday asking for assistance to the e-mail address billing@battlecorps.com but have not received a reply.
Does anyone have a phone number for them?

Have your credit card company reverse the charges since you never recieved the product you ordered. I'm sure they'll be in touch with you after that.

Not really worried about the money and I no longer need the PDF. I just know now to buy from there anymore.
Thanks, however, for the suggestions.

Ha-hahaaaaaah. So true.
Of course, if by "in touch" you mean "send three large guys lacking in all forms of record to your house to 'chat' with you..."

This is the first time I've heard of anyone having difficulties with Battlecorps. I'm really surprised.

well, its possible someone took vacation or something... I don't know. All I know for sure is I needed the PDF for tomorrow's game and I gave up and bought from elsewhere. It may just be a one time thing, but it only takes once.
To be fair, I ordered the SR4 PDF and Book from them. Two weeks after everyone here started talking about getting their book I e-mailed Battlecorps about not receiving my print copy and they got back to me the next day. Said someone had filed the order away and not placed it correctly and they promptly sent me a copy of the printed book. But, this makes two out of three orders something has been screwed up. Maybe it is just my luck...

His problem was he used Edge. If he'd karmaed that sucker, he'd've gotten a free book too

I did get this reply on Friday, a week and 4 e-mails later:
My apologies for the delay in rectifying the problem. There was a miscommunication between me and someone else, which resulted in your e-mail being lost in the system briefly. My fault, and again, my apologies.
Too late for me, but I thought I would be fair and let everyone reading this know that I did finally get a reply.
