You can only use half of your BP on attributes, right. But does that include your magic attribute? I doesn't does it?

The 200BP limit does not include magic or edge.

The reference is also the place where it actually specifies the limit in the first place. It says it's for the 8 physical and mental stats (and that it's 50%, not 200BP although that is what it works out to for 400BP).
