My advise is remain calm, tell your players to be patient and try to be fair.

And always have a good story to tell.

Be familiar with "The Rules of Combat and Survival they never taught you".

Have B.S. sessions Regularly, say once a month.

Eventually things will flow easy, combat can take a long time with out experience but then you just handle it faster, and it helps if every one knows the rules.

I would say that you should advertise here for players in your area. And that the noun "advice" is spelled with a c, not with an s; "advise" is a verb. But that last part would be snarky.
