well i have a question about taking physical drain......overcasting would cause wounds that explicitly could not be healed by magic what about in 4th ed. i couldnt find it.......... some one quaote a page for me

EDIT By RAW even Stun drain can be healed with FirstAid.

Even while you can heal it, you still have only one try, if you do not get the wound healed up completely, you'll suffer from the injuries longer than with Stun.
If you only get a few boxes of Physical Drain, it's certainly better than Stun Drain.

Thing is, all healing takes time. While it's nice that the mage is able to recover after combat better than before, there's not much chance of getting healing in combat for it. First Aid takes 1 CT per point of damage in the wound set.
I look at healing stun with first aid to be the application of pain killers and stims. As a GM, I might start looking at addiction for players who over used it.
