Halabis
or at least a rough outline for my campaign. If anyone can help, i would appreciate it.
Ryu
Well, he was a member of the ordo maximus.

Do you want to make him a low- to mid-level initiate?

Or a mundane obsessed with magic?

He's a vampire magician, with a bonded Force 4 'Essence Focus' that adds +4 to his Essence attribute, and lets him drain Essence from enemy vampires more easily.

De Vries' stats can be found in Prime Runners.

He's a magic-heavy vampire with exceptional (and I mean it) Quickness of 10. He has an Essence focus, as stated above, but also a Power focus, equallu powerful. He knows mostly offensive and dectection spells with Force of 6-8. He also uses Centering skill by declamating poetry which turns into screaming fury.

Yes, and all of what, 8 people world wide actually have that book?

I actually picked it up used recently (for like $3) I see why a lot of people find it somewhat disappointing, aside from DeVries there is virtually no recognizable person in there. No Hachetman, no Neon Samurai, no Fastjack, well no one with multiple Shadowtalk posts for the most part.
Ryu
IŽve actually seen that book once... a waste of paper. The Sutherland decker from ie "Black Madonna" was in it too, IIRC.

IŽd rather decide on what I want deVries to be first, then make up fitting stats myself. Every threat should be customised to the campaign, so that those who read the books are surprised too.

Heh I own it and actually found it more useful for the threats part than the NPCs. Have used several of them in the past - like Corey (serial killer) and the Terrible Trio Troll gangers. (Who got mowed down something fierce when I finally put them in play...was a bit disconcerting.)
