I don't know if you've ever heard of d20 Complete Mafia, but its creator Tony DiGerolamo has written many (almost 50!) free scenarios for it. A lot of them seem like they'd work great for street-level or mob-based Shadowrun games.

Full Version: A Website with some Good Ideas
After looking through this, I'm definitely going to use a couple of these in my current game. These "modules" are set up for d20, obviously, but they're remarkably detailed considering what they are, and I think it'll be pretty straightforward to convert them.

Hard and fast quick conversion d20 stats/3 = sr stats round up 5 dc = 1 hit for threashold

Following some links on that site, I read his bio. I would have to say "no", given that's he worked on comic books and as a tv show host, and given the fact that he's currently going to conventions promoting the game and doing live demos.
