Really a Mirage, but the concept is the same. Reminded me a lot of T:AL and having whole cities appear. Just thought I'd share.

That is amazing. It's so detailed too... i've never seen a mirage, but after seeing that, it makes you (or me, at least) wonder what's really behind it all.
