How on earth is that street legal. Shouldn't the ability to set the car behind you on fire make it non street legal?
Or the 300mph Jackrabbit
make it hover and we are talking that return of the jedi "bike" 
Its street legal, since it has a non-flaming method of being transported. Obviously, the second you flip the switches to switch to jet engine drive mode, it is very not street legal.
The scooter is just a little ridiculous, though.
