Do you know what Viagra is really good for? Pulmonary hypertension. This is especially true for Pulmonary hypertension in young children, which is fatal without treatment.
It is kind of sad that everyone thinks of sex when they think of viagra because this means that pharmacists give you wierd looks when you ask them to crush the tablets up into a child-friendly strawberry-flavored syrup.
That could be a good basis for a shadowrun, actually.
