Hey, being a resident of the Central Valley myself, a farmer at that, with a tendency to work that into PC backstories... How fast was the flooding caused by the earthquake between 3rd and 4th Ed?

Yeah it's all underwater now, but were families able to migrate slowly as the waters rose, or was it an apocalypse?

Guessing that, either way, no insurance companies would cover the lost land/property...

I have the blurb in 4th ed. Sourcebook, is it covered anywhere else?
