I have a player in my group who is a drone rigger, he purchased a renraku barback to use as a personnel drone and as a humanoid combat drone. I am not too familiar with this drone at all, and the description in the sprawl survival guide is very vague. Anyway, I am wondering (as is the player) why the cost is 44000 nuyen if you could build a robot from scratch for less. I am hoping that someone has some pearls of wisdom to lend me here.
