Well, in SR4, the price on the famous limousine Nightsky is only 20 000 ¥.
This is very unexpensive, compared to previous editions, where it cost nearly 200 000 ¥.
So, is this a mistake or not ?

Judging from the other prices, I would say it's not a mistake.
The nightsky is simply a 'pretty normal' limo, nothing fancy in the corp world.

With it being 10k for a 3-wheel personal commuter car (nick-named the "beep-beep car" in our home group), 14k for a sedan, and 20k for a so-called limousine, I'm inclined to think of the Nightsky as more like a Lincoln Town Car or Cadillac than a stretch black limo. If I get a hired car in NYC today, it'll be something along the Town Car lines. I can accept a moderate-amenities, slightly larger automobile as a "limousine" for 20k. I can't really accept the idea of a strech limo being 20k when compared to the other options.
Scaling prices between SR3 and SR4 isn't trivial, but I can usually extrapolate moderately well if someone wants to buy a vehicle that's in Rigger 3 but not in SR4 BBB.
In SR3, I started my Cat Shamanic Sorcerer with a Westwind 2000; not hard with A resources. A modern Westwind in 2070 costs almost as much as it did 10 years ago, yet I can't start with nearly as much nuyen any more. I'm surprised at how little the Westwind scaled down in price, compared to all the other vehicles.

Supply and demand...
Nearly every group I've run, or been in, somebody had a Westwind. From a RL perspective, I chalk it up to "people will still pay this ¥ for the car, why make it cheaper?"

I'd say Ronin's on the ball. Plus, you're paying for the chance to tell people you've got money. That's always needlessly expensive.
