Lets say there is a free spirit, lets say a city spirit.
It's force is 3, and it's spirit energy is 2
is it's intelligence 3 or 5?
MITS page 114 state '...a free forest spirit with a force of 5 and a spirit energy of 5 has physical attributes based on a total force of 10." (bold is mine)
So, the question is, what would the mental attributes be?

Actually, what it says is:

So, mental Attributes are Force, or 3.

Alright, it's just been awhile, and I forgot if they considered mental attibutes as well. Same for Magic cand Essence I suppose.

Yep and nope, essence is six if it can materalise a animal or human body. Magic is tricky cos they dont cast spell like metahumans, they are mana incarnte so don't take drain so theres no magic stat per say.

p117 powers of free spirits but am infereing that it would not be less than 'a creature of its type'. Otherwise its force as per.

per se - it's from some foreign language or something.
I agree Free spirits do not take drain when they use Sorcery - but I believe they cannot cast a spell of higher force than their Magic attribute? Or maybe that only applies to allies who become free spirits. I would think Force does for a spirit just what Magic does for a metahuman - but I don't have my books to hand just now.
