So I made a charicter last night with technicly no offensive spells but who should be able to f**k someone up royaly with the ones he's got. He knows Orgy, Glue Strip, Sludge: Gun, Intoxication, and Alter Memory. Many amusing and painful uses come to mind but I want to see what the rest of you devious types can come up with. I have glueing guns into their holsters before the guards draw, the rather obvious glueing their feet to the floor so they can't give chase, and well Orgy is loads of fun both at partys and when someone's trying to aim at you. Unfortunatly I have trouble deciding if durring a vehicle chase it would be more fun to cast orgy so that it includes the driver of the vehicle (imagine a whole Go-gang trying to stear their bikes while having an orgasim . . .) or using Gluestrip to glue the vehicles tires to the pavement . . .
Feel free to post amusing uses for these or other spells that might seem, on the surface at least, less destructive than the traditional power bolt . . .

I would allow Glue to be used on a holster and weapon, but would not allow Glue Strip to glue several weapons to their holsters.
Not sure if Orgy would have time to affect Go-Gangers if they were riding their bikes. They would be in and out of the spell effect area before it could really do anything to them. In the parking lot, it would be a different story, with possibly several bike and gangers falling over.
As for Fun ideas with magic:
Fashion in a crowded bar, while you are in line to get drinks. Target is suddenly wearing extremely revealing clothing.
Makeover could also do interesting things.
Control actions, to make some sariman pinch the VPs ass (regardless of gender or orientation).
If you are good enough, Magic Fingers to change the clip in weapons, replace with clips of blank rounds.

Why? It's an area effect so why allow it to glue all guards feet to the floor but not all guns in the area of effect to their holsters?

it doesn't work like that.
when you mob mind a group, they can all split up and you control them all. either that, or anyone who steps into the area after you cast and sustain the spell is subject to being controlled... thus making a spell that you can cast at the start of a run, and simply move it around for the rest of the run, mind controlling everything over the course of the run with a single spell (for the record, if you can't tell... i don't think that's a very good idea).
you just cast it once, and if you sustain it it doesn't matter where the targets go, they continue to be effected.

Jaid,
you are partially correct, and I was partially in the wrong.
Once the spell has been cast, anyone leaving the area of effect is no longer affected, but those entering (or re-entering) have to make resistance checks.
You are correct, in that the spell can be moved, as a complex action. For some reason, I had mentally visualised it happening at an intersection, with the go-gangers crossing from left to right, rather than a chase situation.

Glue Strip is an area of effect, but you cannot choose to only affect some parts in the area of effect. I have always read this spell along the same lines as Ice Sheet, where you coat a surface. Hence, you can coat the ground, probably a wall and possibly the ceiling, but not have it as a wave that coats all surfaces at once (this includes people, cars, fire hidrants, garbage cans, etc..).
