Say you somehow went to the Hive to find a queen's formula, and you succeeded. You summon the queen, you put her in some poor sap's body, and then you have her make good merges.
Would you be able to add your binding dice to the subject's resistance pool? And would each good merge count as a single service? And would having her control them count as a continuous service that is constantly going on?
And would you be able to summon her in the first place if you had her formula?

You can only summon her with the formula if she's in the material world already, so you don't need to put her into a new body (by definition she will already have one).
Once under your power, you could indeed force her to summon up new spirits. Doing so would be a service. Unforunately, those spirits would be under her control, not yours. So ordering her to order them to do something would itself be a service.
So yes, you could get a grip of spirits that way, but all the services are running off the same total, so she'll break out really fast unless you pull some crazy tricky shit to keep her down.
Remember also that these extra insects are loyal to the queen, they aren't just following orders blindly. So even if you give her orders to give them orders to not fuck your plans in the ass with an eggbeater, they can still pull 3 Laws compliant shenanigans to arrange that you end up dead. It's a really dangerous thing to even attempt.

Those aren't free spirits and they don't have a formula. That means that you can't force the mother to hand it over and their Banishing Resistance will make the drain occassionally get... very large.
It's not that you can not, it's that you should not try to do this. It's possible, it's just senselessly dangerous for the power you can get. You'd be better off just being an Insect Magician and having an amicable relationship with your queen in the first place.
In any sort of hostile relationship the queen will eventually win. Simply put: as long as you keep winning the status quo remains and the queen keeps plotting, but the instant the queen wins you're dead and she skips town. And that sucks.

And another question, does spell binding kill a free spirit forever, or does it just disrupt them?

It disrupts them and removes all services owed.
And pisses them the fuck off. Hardcore.

So the only real way to kill a spirit is to go to its home. Got it.
