+1 Ballistic and impact
Physical Damage in unarmed combat

No. Bone Density is not compatable with Bone Lacing.

Fortune, can you tell me were in the book it says that because I can’t find it and that’s the discussion I am having with the other PC’s in my group. I have read both descriptions and neither say you can't combine it with the other.

There was a discussion about it around 6 months back about this issue, with most of the people deciding it was just easier to say they dont stack because of the similar effect they both have and the way both treatments worked in theory.

Well, the FAQ says no.
