Does anyone know if there are any "cheat sheets" for SR4 rules? I'm a bit rusty on the rules, and I'm somewhat tired of trying to get them to read 100 pages of text to play a game.

I would highly reccommend going out and getting the SR4 GM screen. It has all the stuff you need, plus you get a little book filled with contacts and bits of helpful info. I've been running SR since I was 13 (fourteen years ago) and I always run out and grab the GM screen as soon as it comes out.
I must admit, though. I think they charged WAY too much for the SR4 screen; that may have some bearing on your decision. But, it's the best there is right now as far as SR 'cheat sheets' go.

i might of misunderstood you but i gather that you think its a pay site but as far as i have seen its not and after i checked and counted there are 11 cheat sheets there conviniantly arranged for a single down load and or separate downloads for each cheat sheet

...to bad someone hasn't compiled them all in a "lost tables" file. For running SR3, I find this incredibly valuable since I use a notebook computer as my GM screen.

to save on price I bought the PDF gm screen. you can print out just the charts on paper if you want a hardcopy.

But then you lack the glorious shiny-nes of the product screen.... and that neato keen and so very useful contacts/adventures booklet they use to justify selling it at 25 bucks.

Yup, I recommend this site as well. I used the cheat sheets for every game until I got the GM Screen. I still use the one that has stats for a handful of basic security teams and I often go back to that when looking for a generic encounter...
The hacker cards are nice for a new hacker, give him an idea of what he can do, plus it is very handy to have him place his active programs on the table...

Just thought I'd point out that the GM Screen is for sale at Amazon for $13. Seems like a pretty good price:
