Didn't really know if this what how you'd pictured him. Just found an interesting one and passed it along.

For starters. he never said he'd pay you up front. And how do you know he wasnt just some peon for the black lodge? Would you honestly trust this guy with valuable info?

Obviously they did, other wise we woulnd't be in this situation. And no one[i/] takes a job without some up front pay. The point of the up front pay is two fold. One, to have some operating capitol, and a bit of cred for your efforts in case the job goes south. The second is to make sure that you [i]do get paid. You're working for a criminal, so there's no gaurantee that they're going to answer your call after the job is done, which is why most runners insist on half up front. He would know that if he'd done this once much less "professionally" as his "all knowing access" to everything we do seems to suggest.

If he was just some peon, he wouldn't even know the name "Black Lodge". Peons don't get to know that much, for just this reason. He would have to have been something more than a peon in order to get that name, much less any info that ties him to them, and having other names on top of it. Then there's the fact that he would have his own cred account as well. There's no way this guy only has $3000 to his name.

FYI SinN, Miko is planning on buying a Suzuki Aurora bike, which is book priced at 18K. She also includes the gyroscope option so that it can drive it's self on autopilot. She's also going for the Improved Suspension option to improve handling (by one dice). It should cost an extra 5K.

In her spare time she's also going to start working on coding her own Black Hammer program.

For that, she rolls her Logic+ Software in an extended test. Hits required are Rating x2 (pg 240), and the interval time is 1 month. So she rolls and adds her hits for each month, until she gets 12, for a rating 6 program.

Ok, post rolls wen ever you get them.

SinN, I'm trying out a second game for Smoke in a seperate thread. I think that the character is cool and wanted to take a stab at running a game for the character because it's just such a trip of a character.

PLease, though, please keep running the main game. I think it would be awesome if the three characters got together to form an assassin initiatory group, and would love to keep playing these three together. You know, when all three of them get together.

Hey SinN, I got a trio of squeeks out of Alysha last night. Can I go ahead and apply the karma to ShadowCat?

So are we starting in to another run now, or do we have some down time? There's a number of things I'd like to do with her in between working, so I need to know if we're moving in to something else, or if I can do some stuff.

In general, she wanted to do some street races once she gets her new bike. She also wants to do some more coding work, and some work on getting some general hacking done. Basically just matrix digging thirough corp sites for general pay data to raise some funds.

Then there's scouting for women to replace/invest...

Fisty brings up a good point, if you would like to make the trip to payson, You're more then welcome to have a game with my group here. Its only myself, my friend Brian, and his wife Marie. Brian is still a bit inexpeirenced with SR but he knows the game alright. Lemme know if you would like too.

Scheduling would be a monster between work and kids' stuff. I'll let you know if I see an opening.
