In the description for the pain editor it states that users will feel no pain. Does this make the pain inducer worthless against them?

Pretty much.

Pain Editor = Ignore Stun while active

Fichetti Pain Inducer = Body + half armor check versus Power 8, compare to targets willpower.

I can see arguments either way, but since ultimately the Pain Inducer isn't a "real" impairment, I think someone with a Pain Editor can ignore the effects of a Fichetti Pain Inducer.

Plus, getting an 18F 40,000 nuyen piece of cultured bioware would be a waste if a 2,000 nuyen toy gets around it.

Immune to pain so immune to pain inducer.

The pain editor would reduce the effects of the pain inducer.
