Being brought around by Milafin Gres doesn't even bother to stand. Cussing he calls upon his power and his hands become outlined in white fire. Within a heart beat it jumps from his hands to Carson

(lets try this again and hope my post doesn't make the board crash again(It didn't really, just bad timing))

The invisible bolt of force speeds towards Carson and smashes into his back. His body twitches powerfully for several moment, a roar of pain escaping the troll. After only a moment, Carson falls completely still, and it is only a moment later before he begins to fall, with almost comic slowness, towards Alexie.

Alexie easily manages to dodge out of the way, but the ground isn't so lucky. Carson hits it full force with his chest, sending small cracks out from the area of impact. All is completely silent for several moments, then, almost as one, the crowd of onlooking students begins to cheer. Several surge forward to hoist Gres aloft, and he now finds himself moving towards the fallen troll.

Carson meanwhile doesn't move much except for the rise and fall from his breathing. All of the school watches on anxiously for someone from the gang to speak or do something.

(While I'd love to put you on the spot and just have you guys post IC, that wouldn't be fair to those who don't even realize Dumpshock is back up yet. So, feel free to discuss your next action via the recruitment thread)
Mickle5125
Dryden activatees his Glamour before walking over to stare down at the troll for a moment, as if contemplating him. He then allows his eyes to sweep across the crowd, and he raises his hands for silence before saing, "One of us. He chose to frag with one of us. We could have let him do as he chose. Could have abandoned our friend to his fate. But we didn't. We refused to abandon our friend! We took on this brute. We put ourselves at risk for our comrade. And we won! We crushed this Fool! And we will always stand to defend our friends... every last one of them. All we ask in return is the same level of loyalty. Of Friendship. Is anyone here capable of that loyalty? We'd be glad to have you by our side..."

(Influence Roll: [5,5,[6, 6, 5],5,4,1,3,4,3,2,1,3,2,5,2,5,1,1] = ( 8 ) )

Dryden looks over the crowd and notices a few faces that appear to be considering how to use this to their own advantage. He decides to put a bit of fear into those who might be considering picking a fight with them and switches his Glamour for his Nasty Vibe ability as he starts talking again. "Remember this: We chose to hold back against him. A warning, if you will. We didn't want to kill him. This time. Next time someone frags with us, they will have been warned. We will NOT be holding back. Are you really ready to tempt Fate by challenging us?"

(Intimidation roll: [4,2,[6, 2],5,[6, 5],1,1,4,5,3,2,1,5,2,4,4,3,2,2] = (6))

Having said his piece, Dryden makes his way over to Alexie and Gres and softly asks if they're ok as he shifts his powers back over to Glamour. Once he's done there, he motions for Tristen to join him in a quiet corner of the school yard, where he asks for any ideas for bringing Carson over to their side and begins discussing how to make this victory pay out for them.

Much murmuring spreads through the crowd as Dryden finishes his speech. Gres is returned to solid earth as those holding him up focus on listening as opposed to celebrating. No sooner has Dryden finished his threats then several of the students break off and head back inside to the cafeteria, though hard to count exactly, it looks to be about twenty or so students. It takes a bit longer, but eventually a good portion of the students make there way closer, all looking somewhat sheepish, but one of them seems a bit more outspoken, the one who shot Carson earlier. After glancing around at the others, he looks at Dryden and says "We want to join." A quick headcount confirms 28 students in total.

Memory tells there are about 200 students in the school, and the 20 or so seen leaving earlier where likely from the other gang. Though they had more numbers, they still didn't dare take on Carson. While unlikely to be a direct threat, they could still prove to be a thorn in your side. The question of what exactly to do with Carson still remains
Andrensath
Forcing her way back into Carson's commlink, Milafin quickly deletes all the data on it, before subscribing it to a lot of malware programs and downloading massive amounts of gay elf porn. She then sets up a backdoor, making sure to disguise it.

Wincing as the crowd hoists him up, Gres enjoys the ride as much as the pain would allow. At the end of Dryden's speech he adds in, "Don't mess with the Ministry!"

When Dryden asks how he was it was pretty clear that Gres was beat up wincing from pats on the back and trying to walk. Still he answers gamely, "Ahh its nothing a few hours vegging in front of the latest combat biker vid willn't cure."

Alexei smiles, shifting his reflexes down to normal metahuman levels.

"My sister has hit me harder," he replies quietly to Dryden, ducking down to have a quick check through Carsons pockets. Then, raising his voice he adds "And this /runt/ owes me lunch."
Mickle5125
Dryden smiles at the gathered crowd and does a quick meet and greet, carefully learning names and faces of the new recruits, before asking that they meet him and the rest of the gang after school. Once the crowd disperses, he turns back to Tristen and continues discussing Carson.
Karaden
Carson is certainly unconscious, as he doesn't respond in the least to any of the abuse he is receiving. The crowd, both gang hopefuls and onlookers eventually disperses to eat what constitutes lunch and talk about the fight.

Tristen rubs his chin lightly as he looks over the fallen foe "Well, first off I suggest you stop kicking him and make sure he isn't going to bleed to death or anything. Never much one for magic, but those did look painful. As for getting him to join when he comes around... Depends. Big brute like him, if he hasn't already come around by us beating him, then it'll be difficult. Maybe his little pal can help, he usually seems to be able to keep the reigns on him, and I doubt it's just good old fashion friendship."

A quick scrounging of Carson's pockets turns up a small roll of 10:nuyen: and some lint. Other then his armor and whatever ware he may have, he doesn't seem to have anything of any real value. Even getting his armor off is likely to be a pain, just trying to move his massive bulk enough to even begin pulling it off will be a challenge.
Mickle5125
Dryden sighs, then nods to Tristen and replies in Russian. "See if you can find out why his pal isn't here, will you? I'll see what I can do about making sure he doesn't die on us."

He then turns and motions for Gres to come over to him. "Could you handle hitting the brute with a heal spell? Nothing major needed, just enough to make sure he doesn't die on us. I've got a couple ideas that I want to try... he's strong enough that he could have taken us if it wasn't for you. I wouldn't mind getting him on our side, you know?"

Tristen, meanwhile, makes his way over to Lou, Mya, and Keir and tells them "Listen, SC wants to know where Lenox is. I'm going to go check some o' the school's records, see if he's legitimately out or if he's skipping. You three see what you can find out, k?"
Oenone
Pocketing the Nuyen Alexei snorts at the comment about Carson having been strong enough to win.

"He may have been strong," he admits. "But the brute has no skill. He would have lost with or without magic."

Alexei shrugs, then heads off to buy himself a new lunch. "If you need me I'll be getting a snack and spreading word of Carsons defeat. The sooner the whole school knows the better."

He pauses, plugging his commlink into his datajack to send Taylor a voice message asking him to help spread the word throughout the school.

(GM intervention)
Tristen shakes his head "You know that's not going to happen. Principle keeps all that kind of stuff in his office usually and he never leaves it." He gives a shrug "Milafin could try hacking her way and see if he put it into the computer yet in I guess, but seems like more trouble then it's worth to know if he's skipping or has an excuse. Not like he couldn't lie about an excuse anyway. At a guess I'd say he's skipping, but who knows for sure?"

(Gres, please inform of if your going to heal Carson or leave him. I'll continue the story in the mean time.)

Lunch hour passes with nothing else exciting happening. Once the students return to classes, none of them pay any attention to the teachers. So nothing out of the ordinary there, but it is easy to tell that the whispered conversations are about since the conversations are punctuated by small jabs in the air, lifted hands as if blasting someone with a spell, flicking motions of throwing something, and accompanying sounds.

The teachers pay little attention to the fact that the students are paying them no attention. They get paid to stand there, not to make sure you learn anything. Only one or two actually make efforts to ensure their students pay attention, but today even those teachers allow the talking to happen. It seems the teachers have heard of what happened, as they cast the participants more glances then is normal.

The weight of just how much some of the teachers feared Carson doesn't become apparent until the final class of the day. Science is taught by a small mousy woman who didn't even come up to Carson's waist. As she hands back the latest test, Gres, Milafin, Mya, Alexie, and Dryden all find that every single question they got wrong has a red X through it, but is also accompanied by an 'OK' and the grade was changed from various states of poor to 100% Alexie and Mya find that they actually scored 110% somehow, even questions left blank where marked 'OK'. She doesn't even assign homework at the end of the day, going so far as to say "This is a special week, so no homework."

On that rather unusual note, the day finally ends, and within 15 minutes after class, there are roughly 40 students standing around the back of the school where Dryden said those interested should meet them. A notably larger number then originally showed interest. Apparently some have since been swayed or heard the news and wanted to join.
estradling
Hearing Dryden request Gres seriously looks over his fallen foe. "His ware makes that harder. I'm afraid any attempt made right now would put me back under. Maybe in a couple of hours...." He realized if Carson was dying he didn't have a couple of hours. "I do have an autodoc in my locker if you want to try that." To tired to look he didn't know if Dryden was wondering why Gres brought and autodoc to school. "I figured it was only a matter of time before we had to deal with Carson."

During the classes Gres begins to feel better, by the end of school he is strong enough to cast his healing spell on himself. Erasing the last of Carson's effect on him
Mickle5125
Dryden nods to Gres. "Alright... I figured it was something of a long shot, but I figured I'd ask anyway. I'm glad you thought ahead enough to bring the autodoc... I will borrow it... see if I can patch him up enough to make sure he doesn't die on us."

After Gres brings the autodoc, Dryden calmly performs a small amount of first aid on Carson before sitting back with his Glamour cranked up all the way and waiting for Carson to wake up, idly shuffling a new deck of cards, having set the other deck aside since it was useless for games anymore.
Oenone
Waiting for the rest of the class to leave Alexei pauses, smiling at the teacher.

"Thank you for such an informative lesson," he says, nodding to Tayler. "Might I ask a favor before we go? My good friend requires somethings for a science project after school, I was wondering if you could help him get them."
Karaden
The teacher gives Alexei a suspicious look for about half a second before smiling brightly at him "Of course, I'd be happy to help. What can I get for you?" As she speaks she walks over to the science closet, sliding an access card and punching in a rather long code to open the door. This door is possibly the single most secure in the entire school.
Oenone
"Well, my friend Tayler is the budding chemist. So he'll know much better than me what he needs," Alexei replies, motioning for Tayler to follow her into the room. "And of course we'll be sure to remember your help if /Carson/ causes any troubles for you."

Tayler nods, then moves closer to see what wonders the science closet holds. Then after a moments consideration he lists off a few simple chemicals which could be combined into a crude throwing weapon or two.

(This is after school, at the recruitment.)

Striding forward, Milafin quickly starts giving orders. "All right, everyone here to join up needs to give each of us their commcode. Once that's done, I want those with computer skills to join me." Finished speaking, she moves over to the left.
Mickle5125
Dryden motions for Gres to come over to him. "I want you to see if you can find anyone else with magic, will you? I know it's not likely, but I'd like to know of any if we're so lucky."

He then turns back to the group and smiles. "As Milafin said, those of you with comm skills need to go over to her and Tink. For those of you who are a little more sneaky, go over to Mya and Keir. Those of you who are skilled in fighting, go over to Alexie and Taylor. For those of you who aren't sure where to go, come to Tristen and myself. We'll get you sorted out."

(Leadership roll: [3,1,5,2,5,6,3,5,6,3,2,2,2,4,3] = (5) )
Oenone
Alexei leans against the wall, idly tossing an improvised frag grenade from one hand to the other, and sizes up the wannabe tough guys who head towards him.
Karaden
Some murmuring goes through the crowd at Milafin's statement, but with Dryden's clarification the group begins to break up as ordered, though this doesn't involve much breaking up. 30 of the students go over to Alexei, two go towards Milafin, three towards Mya, and the remaining five stand around for a while before heading to Dryden.

Most of the kids heading towards Alexei are fairly average in most reguards. There are notably five orks, two dwarves, and two elves among the group, but no one that stands out either through bulging muscles or a particularly confident stance, except for one human, who Alexei quickly recognizes as the shooter from the fight. He seems slightly more confident then the others, but not too much so.

Mya's group consists of has an even mix of one human, one elf, and one ork, while Milafin gets a dwarf and a human.

And finally Dryden is left with all humans.

(Assensing roll from Gres to try and find any awakened in the crowd.)
Oenone
The group joining up with him get a long appraising look, then Alexei nods and smiles making a mental note to put the shooter and the non-humans on a short list for further training.

"I don't expect any of you to win single handed in a fight with someone like Carson," he says solemnly. "But I will expect you to fight. No matter how tough the opponent victory is possible if we work together." He pauses, then shrugs. "Do any of you own weapons or have anything you're good at using?"
Mickle5125
Dryden grins at those gathered around him and motions for them to join him off a little ways from the rest of the group. He then sits on the ground and starts. "Have a seat, everyone. As you probably know, I'm Dryden, and this is Tristen. Tell us a little bit about yourselves, will you? Name, commcode, likes, dislikes? How about why you want to join with us? What you can do, what you want to do... that sort of thing? Any volunteers? No? I suppose I can start."

With that, Dryden starts sharing a little bit about himself, sharing some of his skills, some of what he enjoys doing, that sort of stuff. He also jokes with the gathered people and generally does everything he can to convince them to relax and talk about themselves. Meanwhile, he and Tristen are doing everything they can to get a read on the guys, figuring out how trustworthy they are and how they can best be used to benefit the Ministry.

Having done a quick once over, Gres wanders over to Alexei. When the young man has a moment he tells him, "A fair number of them have minor cyberware. Nothing beyond eyes or jacks though. We have one awakened, but he might not even know that he is. When you are done I'll pull him aside and see if I can't figure out if he is an adept, a full blown mage, or something else."

Oenone
Alexei nods in agreement. "Will you be able to tell what kind of adept he will be?" he wonders curiously. "If not then we'll have see if our leader can talk the answer out of him somehow."

Karaden
Virtually every hand raises into the air at Alexei's question, in fact only a single ork is left with his hand down, glancing around at everyone else's raised hands. The golden rule in a place like this is that you need some kind of a weapon.

Dryden's group begins to relax before too long. Eventually they reply with their names and codes, and haltingly explain a bit about themselves. Seems nerves more then anything was their biggest problem, and soon two have run off to join Alexei and another one goes to Milafin. The last two are being rather quiet and keeping separately to themselves. Dryden has suspicions about why this may be, and is confirmed by Tristen whispering into his ear "I think one of them is a mole" and glances towards one in particular for a moment.
Oenone
"This is good," Alexei informs his group. "When you provide contact information can you please also add in your weapon preferences." He glances towards the sole ork who hasn't raised his hand. "And you my friend, you're with the gangs soldiers but have no prior combat training. Might I ask why?" He smiles, trying to keep the question as friendly as possible.
Karaden
The ork in question grins at Alexei "Not no training, just no weapon." He raises up his hands into a roughly boxer-like stance and throws two quick jabs. The display is short, but the jabs are crisp and clean. He lowers his fists again and gives Alexei another grin.
Oenone
Alexei laughs loudly. "Good my friend," he declares. "Talent with unarmed combat is always a valuble skill to have. In time I hope all of you will learn such skills. Now if you could all pass your information to my friend Tayler here." He nods. "And I also hope you'll all seek to learn methods of ranged fighting."

Dryden whispers back to Tristen, "I agree... but for who? Do you recognize them?"

Looking at his motercycle and nodding tward it " Or if you just like a cool ride we can help with that too maybe but it will take some work on youre parts too"
Karaden
General nods greet Alexei's statement, while Tink's dobermans draw 'ooo's and 'ahh's. Talk of equipment of their own or rides draw alot of murmuring, though one or two look less then enthused about the prospect. Seems most likely they're more interested in the Matrix then drones.

Tristen whispers back "Not entirely sure, but don't think I've ever seen him with the other gang, least not especially"

The recruit not believed to be a spy finally gets to talking. His voice is somewhat croaky, obviously not speaking is a constant thing for him. "I'm good at all the stuff you've said. I can handle myself in a fight, physical or cyber, and I know how to sneak around." He glances around and leans in, speaking in a whisper so as to keep the final recruit out of it "You remember that warehouse a while back? Lost a little crate of something something? Set off the alarm but I got away." He leans back again, looking very self-satisfied.
Mickle5125
"I'm impressed," Dryden nods in respect. "Very impressed indeed. What do ya go by?"

Dryden leans down and whispers to Tristen. "If he's as good as he says, I'd like to keep him with us... talk to him a little ways away, see what else you can find out from him. And see if you can let the others know about our suspicions, will you? I'm going to talk to our other friend..."

He gestures the Croaky One over. "Talk to Tristen for a bit, will you? I like your style. I want to see if the quiet one over there has anything nearly as impressive. I'll be back in a minute to hear a bit more, ok?"

He then moves over and sits near the suspected spy. "So quiet! Are you modest, or just shy? Don't worry... I won't bite. I just want to get to know you, see how you'll fit in best with our family. So tell me a bit about yourself, mate. You can trust me." He smiles as he rests his hand on his hip, near the concealable holster containing his survival knife.

Looking over the small group assembled in front of her, Milafin runs a quick scan to try and find out how good their commlinks are. While doing so, she fires off a round of questions, testing how much each of them knows, and trying to see if any of them are also technomancers.

(12d6 Scan, 7d6 Fading Resistance. (12d6.hits(5)=4, 7d6.hits(5)=3))

The silent one seems somewhat apprehensive as Dryden walks over to him. Giving a small shrug he finally responds "I'm not really all that good at any of that stuff, fighting or tech or any of that. I'm good at making plans and getting people to stick to them.. you know what I mean?" If this is true or not is unknown, he doesn't seem to be lying as far as Dryden can tell, but he don't recall him as being someone with notable leadership abilities. Perhaps he is simply trying to fast track himself to a position in gang leadership.

After introducing himself as James, the croaky one goes to talk to Tristen, going into greater detail about the heist and how he pulled it off and what exactly he managed to get and sell and so on.

Milafin's scans reveal decent commlinks. Far from top of the line, but a good bit better then the crap most people run around with. None of them have anything that would indicate them being technomancers, their PANs all emminating from a commlink at their sides and not from their minds. The questions reveal a decent grasp on computer use, and varying levels of hacking knowledge, though all somewhat low. All in all nothing too exceptional in any of them.
Mickle5125
Dryden nods and grins. "Well, comrade, that's good to know. We'll definitely keep that in mind. For now, however, we need to make sure that you can take care of yourself in a fight. It wouldn't do to have one of our planners taken out in a fight, no? Come on, I'll introduce you to Alexei, and he can help train you up."

Dryden walks over to Alexei and introduces the silent one, then motions for the silent one to stretch a little bit while he talks to Alexei. "Comrade," Dryden mutters. "Tristen and I suspect this one may be a mole, but we don't know who he's working for. For now, train him to be able to defend himself against lesser opponents, and keep an eye on him. Don't reveal what we suspect yet, alright?"

After another couple minutes talking to Alexei about his group and what they might need, he makes his way to each of the other groups, getting an idea about those making up the groups, what the groups might need, and informing the core Ministers about the possible mole and asking that they quietly keep an eye on him. He then finishes the cycle by returning to Tristen and James and talking to them for a while.
Andrensath
Milafin nods subtly when Dryden points out the possible mole to her, then sends him a text message. Alright, I'll try hacking his 'link, see if I can find out anything.

(12d6 Attack, 7d6 Fading Resistance. (12d6.hits(5)=3, 7d6.hits(5)=3))

Alexei shrugs at the news about a potential traitor and then makes a mental note to pair the potential spy up for some combat training with the ork who displayed the unarmed combat skills. After all even potential disloyalty needs some kind of punishment....
Mickle5125
Some murmuring goes through the crowd at Milafin's statement, but with Dryden's clarification the group begins to break up as ordered, though this doesn't involve much breaking up. 32 of the students go over to Alexei, three go towards Milafin, three towards Mya, and the remaining five stand around for a while before heading to Dryden.

After about a half hour of getting to know each other, Dryden moves to the front of the group and whistles to get their attention. "All right, Ladies and Gents. Now that we know each other a bit more than we did this morning. I'm thinkin' that we need to have a party! What do you guys think?" He pauses to let the resulting cheers die down. "To have a proper party we need some entertainment, don't we? Well, my friends, I have some ideas. First off, I think we need some music. Milafin, I want your group looking into the security at the music store. Also, if you can, see if you can't acquire music from the node for less that we'd be charged, will you? Mya, I want your group working with them. See if you can't arrange to acquire the hardware we need for a party. Alexie, send a handful of your sneakier comrades to help Mya and Milafin, and the rest are on alcohol duty. Any questions?"
Karaden
Milafin breaks into the commlink easily, and notices that it is perhaps even emptier then Carson's was, an obvious fake. His real commlink is either off, somewhere else, or running in hidden mode.

Dryden's news of a party is met with loud cheers, his orders that they'll be constructing the party perhaps less enthusiastically met, but the groups begin to move rather quickly.

Alexie's 'sneakier' people are likely to be the elves and skinnier humans, about a half dozen in total.
Mickle5125
About an hour after Dryden set the orders and led Tristen and their silent friend away, All of the named characters receive messages.

<<To: Core Gang>>
<<From: Supreme Leader>>

<<We've found a lot that's almost perfect. It's located at [insert address here]. Only problem is, we have a distinct lack of power here. Milafin, if you can, you might want to see if you can arrange for the power grid to provide a night worth of power for us. Alexie, in case that proves beyond our abilities for now, See if your crew can scrounge up a generator or two. And do any of your underlings have lock-picking skills? I'd like to avoid having to smash these windows if I can avoid it.>>
Oenone
<<To: Core Gang>>
Scrounge up a generator? My men and I are soldiers, not electrical engineers or cat burglers. Perhaps you should ask our more technically minded members for such things? As they are likely to have connections who have access to them.

Regardless of such things. I do own an automatic lock picking device, so that side of things at least is taken care of.

I would like chance to check out how secure we can make this place you have decided on. The number of ways in and out is an important concern, especially if our rivals decide to attack us before we have secured the new members loyalty.
Mickle5125
<<To: Core Gang>>
If anyone has connections to a generator we can use for the night, discover those connections. I gave the task to your soldiers specifically, Alexie, because A), they're the ones most likely to be able to move the damned thing, and B) collecting the alcohol shouldn't take a huge amount of time. Feel free to discuss amongst yourselves how you want to make the power situation happen.

The location is fairly secure. I'm sure there's a lot we can do to further improve the security, but I'd like to check a few things out before we commit to using this place on a regular basis. It looks to be an old abandoned restaurant. It has a reinforced chainlink fence around the outside. You can't see in from out side of it. The main gate is locked and chained shut. We made our own entrance and disguised it well enough.

Additionally, I've scored enough doses of Bliss that anyone who wants some can pop a dose or two and have a very pleasant evening. How're things going at your ends?
Oenone
<<To: Dryden>>
Neither of which tasks are going to win any loyalty from the people you'll expect to go to war for you.

Regardless, we will need to secure the site before we collect anything. Be they drinks or generators. Unless you intend for us to stand around guarding them until you're done? And indeed surely someone who knows about electronics should look at the building before we start stealing generators which might not work when we plug them in?

After a few moments breaking his group down into teams, aiming to ensure each group has someone with a fake SIN and transportation, Alexei sends them off to fetch booze. All with their own Nuyen of course.

Then, with the soldiers who seem toughest as his own squad, he heads off in Tayler's GAZ. To drive past the site and see what's what.

Gres watched and listened as the various groups formed. One thing that was common on the corporate level or the street, was that magic users got alot of leeway in doing there own thing. As long as they were helpful and useful. Gres had proved his value fighting Carson, his second shot was the one that did it. Of course he was well aware that he wouldn't have gotten that second shot had it not been for the others, so it worked both ways.

Turning to Lou he asks, "So... Do you want to help out with the music or the booze?"

"Man did you even see that blond?"

"Yeah.." The moment Lou said the words Gres knew exactly who he was talking about and what Lou wanted.

"And shes in Alexie's group to. So she's a fighter..."

Gres sighed, "Just remember she just might become one of us. So if you piss her off with you magical peeping tom act... Lot of people might help her kick your ass."

With a cocky smile Lou replies, "Like I'll get caught."

Giving up on him Gres finished, "Alright. I'll meet you at the party. If it going to be a permanate place for us I'll need your help with the wards."

Lou was already walking away, "Yeah... whatever."

Frowning in irritation, Milafing scans the suspected traitor, trying to sense any other active commlinks.

<<RE: Party>>
Ok, I'm going to run a data search, see where the closest plant to the party site is. I'll also see if I can arrange for some free live entertainment, and if not, I've got a pretty decent music library on an old commlink I had before my technomancer abilities emerged.

The scan turns up no other commlinks on the potential traitor, who is now looking somewhat dejected in the group of potential fighters.

The data search turns up the main power plants all being in the city proper to the northwest. It doesn't take long for Milafin to turn up the plant most likely to be able to provide power to the site. A bit more digging quickly turns up a relay that is much closer, and should be easier to get into. A night's worth of power should go fairly unnoticed if the logs are edited afterwards, but anything longer term will require more work ((Lifestyle Spoof))

Tink Will gather up the group going for the equipment.

" I have the survailance and security covered with drones. I can likely get us through the doors with no alarm but im going to need a way to move the stuff to the party. Anyone have access to a truck or van?"

The small group of stealthier people get together for a while to discuss a plan for getting into the music shop, and after a short while head off, lead by Mya and escorted by Tink for overwatch. The other groups act similarly, friends getting together and discussing the best ways to procure some alcohol and which girls they might try and get to join.

It doesn't take just too long for the meeting area to empty as everyone moves off to their assigned tasks. Gres, Alexie, and his group all meet up at the party sight at about the same time. The chain link surrounding the building is hardly bulletproof, but it provides complete cover for those inside, and looks sturdy enough that someone is likely to need to drive a car into it to knock it down.

A quick search in the Astral plane reveals no obvious threats. No ghouls in the basement or toxic spirits to worry about, not even any background count to hamper magic defenses... or intrusion.

Over the next hour, people begin showing up again, and you quickly realize there is a potential problem... a good number of the gang members have access to cars, and decided that would be the best way to get to the party. A parking lot springing up in front of the abandoned building is likely to draw attention.

On the bright side some of the cars contain girls, usually only one, girlfriends certainly, but one of the few female recruits brought a number of friends, half a dozen spilling from a car, and a few more single girls show up as the start of the party gets closer, having been called by friends. This party is starting to get rather large.

Just as the thought occurs, Keir shows up, getting some of the stronger people to help him with his cargo. Two scrapped generators and an excess of cords and lights. Seems as though the party will have at least some power.

As setup of the hastily repaired generators and lights proceeds, the stealth crew finally bringing their prize, and quite a prize they have. In the back of one truck is nothing but a pair of massive speakers, looking like they were taken strait from the stage of a rock concert, and in the second is everything a modern DJ needs to look like an old school DJ, including a dedicated platform for music editing.

Milafin hasn't shown up yet, and sent off a quick message saying something about not feeling well and something you've all learned to recognize as technomancer mumbo jumbo.

As the equipment is set up and someone steps forward to offer their DJ services, it certainly looks like this party is going to be a big one.
